After 90 minutes of waiting, Chris comes up with a bag of Sandwich, Frito Lays and Pepsi from their lunch order because I was waiting for long. I was impressed. Not only did he notice and care that I was waiting for long, but he provided sandwich during I waited! Sandwich from Del Buono Hero's was delicious! Bottom line, do not expect luxury waiting room, bit you can expect friendly, attentive employees who wants to care about their clients! I have recently returned for a second oil change, another great experience! I referred Desi Auto Care to my neighbor who needed major Porsche repair. Sam texted me thankful messages for the referral. Best repair shop in the town!

My previous mechanic told me, and almost made me believe, I needed a new tie rod and a brand new water pump. Josh put my BMW on the lift and had me look under it with him showing me details. My tie rod needed just grease applied and my water pump was not leaking at all. I trust them.

I moved from NY to NJ and was concerned how I will get a good exotic car shop. Thanks to Desi Auto Care. I brought my'04 Lamborghini Gallardo to Chris for diagnose of the leaking coolant behind the passenger door and it was causing lots of smoke. All whole job was done professionally. Chris earned my trust and made me feel safe.

Took my Audi to Desi Auto Care reason it had failed its emissions test again and "Check Brake System" sign was going ON/OFF randomly. Josh fixed the emissions issue, he took my A8 in for me to re-test it and making sure it passed. He found the reason for brake warning sign, which turned out sign has nothing to do with brakes, but a very minor leak in Audi's oil system. Desi Auto Care's vibe is friendly but not fake or cloying.

Shop office manager walks you through full issue details and they catch them all. I took my Audi Q8 Transmission issue and safety check before my long road trip and I was overwhelmed with the work. Not only they did an excellent repair but found a leak on my coolant hose and fixed it, and they didn't charge a penny! Honestly this is the best policy

I visited my friends in Berlin and on the way back car starting to lose power when accelerating, I found on google the SAAB specialize shop to diagnose what's issue is. Chris found an issue that a previous shop they fixed, and was polite enough to talk to the other shop-mechanic over the phone. In 3 hours, he put my car on road. It was great experience.

Professional Porsche full brakes job and less than 1/2 the price quoted by Cherry Hill dealership. And offers free refreshments and 2 yrs warranty including parts & labor. Wow!

I ended up with some late night' Porsche Macan issue and found Desi auto car while searching for a reputable shop, possibly can help me ASAP next morning. Pulled in parking right at 8 AM and talked with Chris the head mechanic, who happily agreed to help me out. He had me in and fixed up the same day for a fair price. No Frills here. He did a good job for me and I will definitely go back for any future Porsche problems/service.
