I'm so happy I took my Audi to a new mechanic recently! The technician was well-informed and gave me a clear explanation of everything. The service was excellent and the cost was fair.

I'm so happy I found this place because I recently took my BMW in for service! The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and gave me a thorough explanation of everything. They even provided me with a thorough estimate and showed me the problematic areas.

I saved $4700 ! No kidding, no exaggeration. I had been taking my Mercedes to local dealer for 8 yrs for repair & Service, when I visited last week the dealership service writer called me with an estimate for well over $4700. He asked me to approve these repairs... but it didn't sit right in my mind. I did a search for best Mercedes repair in South Jersey and Desi Auto Care caught my eye. I drove my Benz there and Brent advised I leave my vehicle so he can "verify" all the so-called issues (from dealership's laundry list) my vehicle had. The next noon, Brent called me with the good news and he repaired my Mercedes for $165 ! Needless to say, I will be a loyal customer of Desi from this day forward. I wish I had known about them 8 yrs before.

We have been a loyal customer for nine yrs. They're as straight forward as an arrow. If they think the problem we bring up is not a serious issue or not worth the cost to fix, they will actually talk me out getting the repair done. we totally trust these mechanics very knowledgeable. They're very friendly team. I can't sing their praises enough. Make sure to get an appointment, they're always very busy. Sometimes they will not be able to get to our BMW that day. But we're fine with that. If a shop is loaded with legitimate business all day long, they will not waste your time/money trying sell you on some unnecessary repairs that you really don't need. Dylan is always accommodating- even on short notice, explains our Bimmer issues in a simple language we can understand, shows me the damaged/bad parts and goes out of his way to save me money without sacrificing job quality. You are in the best possible hands at Desi!

I have been coming here for several years and have brought all my vehicles- Maserati, Benz, you name it and they have done an excellent job no matter what work needed to be done whether a repair or regular service. I have found they are reasonable, do not try to scam you into extra repairs and are very honest. I appreciate how friendly and courteous all the staff is as well. I would recommend this Desi Auto Care a thousand times over to anyone!
