This is the best shop in my township! Sam and Chris are awesome and run a great operation. No matter what your Volkswagen issue (Ground writing intermittent electrical problems are difficult to diagnose under the engine) is , they will handled timely and cost effectively. If you have had bad experiences in the past with other shops, check out these repair shop for a whole new experience. They're technically proficient, and do quality jobs. You'll actually learn a few things in the repair process.

Having maintained a Volvo now going on six years. I can definitively report many experience with Phila area mechanics. Hands down, this crew is the best. Bryan treats customer service as his top priority...Speak casually to Chris, is to know the man is a knowledgeable of his trade. He just gets stuff other mechanic don't, and he cares enough to search out issue, where others leave off. He fixed problems in my XC90 other mechanics said were beyond repair and not worth the hassle. My ride now gets 20% better gas miles as a result of his job, and it now drives as good as it did when I 1st purchase it. This is a good achievement with gas price going high. Highly recommended.

Lately I was unable to bring my 2002 LR Freelander for repair. I visited and explained to the head technician what the major problem was and waited an hour he came back. Instead of giving my quote, how much it will cost to me to repair this, he recommended that the value of my Rover was not worth the money to repair it. He had great opportunity to make a so much money off of me, but he did not. I took his suggestion and found a used Land Rover LR3 that I'm now in love with.

The staff at Desi has worked on multiple BMW’s for me. They have fixed problems no other shop was able to find. The latest job was comprehensive. Including 1. suspension( shocks , struts, bushings) 2. new turbos and supporting hoses and vacuum lines. 3. Fmic 4. Complete exhaust All for a reasonable price, in a timely manner and DONE RIGHT the first time. To name a few of the very capable people at Desi..,Chris, Josh& Brian. I was looking for friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable service. I’m sure I found it!!

Desi Auto Care goes above and beyond in service, in caring about their customers and their vehicles, and in price! I brought my Audi Q5 in for an oil change. While it was up on the lift, Chris checked to be sure all was good. He found that my right axle was going, and even took me into the garage to show me. He then shopped parts prices saying he wouldn't want me to pay any more for parts than he would be willing to. I am grateful that they care about my vehicle and my wallet. I trust the mechanics at Desi Auto. Driving for over 40 years now, I can say that I have never had a better experience with auto repairs. So happy I found Desi! Trustworthy, Knowledgeable, Reliable, Good People.

Desi Auto Care is the best! I took my Audi Q5 in for an oil change. I wasn't aware that when you take your vehicle to Desi for an oil change, they check the whole vehicle out. I am so glad that they did, too. I had an axle that was about to go. Thanks to Chris for taking such good care of my vehicle, but also for checking around for the best parts prices. At Desi, they treat your vehicle as if it was their own, and they treat your wallet the same. Great people! Great service!

Josh is approachable! And way better than the dealer! Saved 100’s of dollars and got truthful opinion about my transmission issue. I was in an immediate need to get a major repair done and he made it happen. Call him if you have Audi vehicles!

We recently had a Nissan Murano and Lexus IS300 repaired at Desi, Chris worked on both our vehicles and did an excellent job, we knew exactly what repairs he was doing and they were all done in the same day. Highly recommend.

Visited Desi for upgrading my exhaust, Chris explained my options for my Mercedes 4matic. I trusted his judgement and I couldn't be HAPPIER with the outcome! Yes they service Exotic cars too!
