My Jaguar XF was on smoke and drop it off at Desi Auto Care. I'm very thankful to Josh that he took care of my car issues and fix it on time. I have done my homework and from experience know the market value for the cost of repairs on my Jaguar.

They called and ask me to reschedule my repair appointment, because they didn't receive parts - delivery from supplier. That's not my fault, I'm a busy man I don't have time to reschedule. They just lost me as a customer.

Take both my cars (Volkswagen & Porsche) here and they do not try to up sell anything.If you're taking European cars to the dealership you're wasting your money and paying their extreme prices.

Had a great experience taking my Jaguar to Desi Auto Care for an oil change and then also to check into a Check Engine sign pop up. Jaguar "stuff" is over my head. I grew up with a brother who was a mechanic for a short time period so he always helped me with my Jaguar maintenance. Now that I've moved to New Jersey, I found Desi Auto Care, which I trust fully. If I have any issues, this is the shop I'll go.

Great work with solid customer service. Much better prices than the dealership and other places as well. I need to do a few more things on the car so I will be back for sure.

Chris service my car performed 90k mile tuneup 4 tire replacement brakes replacement muffler water pump shocks-springs oil filter charge all easy on my pocket price and on time service + office staff is friendly I’m recommended it to everybody He will no do repairs that really no needed // Now it ready for next 90k (Lexus RX350)!!!

I was worried of my 12 years old car but they replaced my transmission with zero hassles! and gave me good warranty. I’ll go back without any hesitation.
