I am now on my third vehicle that I’ve taken to Desi. Got a post purchase inspection and thank goodness Chris is so good at what he does. Found a bunch of issues and laid them out for me to take to the dealer to have the warranty work completed. This saved me a ton of headache and more importantly CASH! If you have a European vehicle, you’re silly if you get it serviced anywhere other than Desi!

My turbo went out last week after a bad oil seal let oil into it. He spent enough time answering my Mercedes Benz ML320 questions, gave me detailed estimates, walked me through the process and offered me all options to consider. Job was completed expertly and I drove away as a satisfied client. I trust them!!!

When Chris had my BMW xDrive up on the lift inside the bay #6, he brought me out there so that he could explain what the issues were also point them out. He fixed what I really needed for a good price. I'll definitely be going back for any repairs in the future. He's been taking care of all my family's imported cars for over 4 years. Solid work and flexible around my schedule to pick up my cars.

I had my timing belt replaced at 80k miles at Desi. Sam suggested I email to Volkswagen corporate to request a reimbursement. I did email and VW agreed to reimburse 50% of expense. Just superb!!!!
