We bought a low mileage car in Oct-2021 from dealer with extended warranty. Ever since we purchased the car, it has had a vibration you can feel while driving at 50MPH. We took it to dealer, assuming the repair should be covered under the warranty. Dealer said it's the engine mounts. Dealer replaced all of them. The vibration was still happening. Every time we complained about the vibration, dealer either says it's normal or mechanic cannot duplicate the issue. We tolerated the vibration for months, but couldn't deal with it anymore. But now, vibration is stronger where anyone can feel it in their ears. It's a nauseous, now we wanted to sell the car. The car is in fine, except of vibration that dealer cannot fix. Last week we took it to dealer, mechanic said he figured out the issue. Service writer said the repair is NOT covered by the warranty. it's going to cost us $950 to replace an old exhaust vibration dampener with the latest one. If we were going to pay for the service, we'd rather give our business to Desi. They have done a perfect job on our other cars. Chris read through the dealer's explanation and solution for the issue. He plugged in his computer/tool to the car and spent some time. Then he told us to drive around a couple of blocks to see if the vibration is gone. Really! Vibration is gone! We're a satisfied customer!

I have a 09 BMW 750LI. A vehicle that a number of repair shops tend to stay away from. I was told due to the electrical nature of the vehicle no one wants to be held liable. Nevertheless, Desi Auto Care diagnosed and replaced the alternator in my vehicle after 2 previous shops informed me that the electrical problem I was having in the vehicle was internal and had nothing to do with the Alternator. Desi realized the Alternator wasn't functioning to it's maximum compacity, thus not charging the battery as it should. I will certainly take my vehicle there again. They also aloud me to purchase my own parts. They just charged me for the labor.

I’ve had Landrovers for the past 20 years, and have never been able to find a mechanic that truly understands working on Landrovers while being honest. I discovered Desi Auto only a few months ago and although they are an hour from where I live, because of their thorough approach, customer service, and offering solutions that are customer service based, I’ll continue to go the extra few miles to have my truck serviced with them.

Chris & his team at Desi are awesome! I take my Mercedes GLA there for all my routine services & repairs, as they specialize in foreign cars. They remember me & my car each time I go. They are honest, timely, professional, affordable, & do great work on my vehicle. I recommend anyone go there, whether you have a foreign car or not!

I literally experienced a three month run of bad luck with my cars breaking down including my 2014 Jag XJL Portfolio AWD experiencing a complete engine failure; my daughter's 2012 Fiat 500 Cabrio Pop, which required a timing belt, water pump, and engine thermostat replacement; and my 2003 Ford Thunderbird James Bond 007 Special Edition, which also required a new thermostat, drive train belts, and water pump. On each occasion, the Desi Auto team was able to quickly fit us in, secure replacement parts quickly during a time when parts are hard to source quickly, and provide superior work at the best price with guaranteed work. The engine replacement for our Jag XJRL Portfolio literally came in at 1/3 of the price that Jag dealerships were quoting - and the Jag dealerships were not offering a warranty. And, my Tbird James Bond 007 Special Edition drives better than when I purchased it. I can't imagine trusting anyone else with our vehicles at this point. I trust these guys, and always get a kick out of our interactions. Highly recommend!

This tall technician was friendly and looked at my Jaguar XJL right away. He discovered the problem fast! He told me that previous shop had made a mistake on my Jaguar and forgot to plug wire in under the hood causing my vehicle getting overheated. He plugged it correctly and front desk guy says no charge! ( But I gave $20 tip) they were ethical to help me. It's rare to find upfront mechanics anymore - I will service my Jag here.

I needed a major job so they sent me estimate for my transmission replacement and ask for 50% down payment. If you don't trust me with money and asking for down payment. I rather take my business somewhere else. Crazy business practice!!
