Since I needed to wait for my car, I had planned to wait in office (wow! plenty of refreshments for customers!) Surprisingly, I paid $165 less than the estimate they gave me. They met 100% my expectations and I will sure continue to have Desi Auto Care service my Jaguar xJR. I am glad to see this shop in the Southern NJ area understands what 'service' is all about-Wishing you all the best!!!

My BMW Convertible had been sputtering when I accelerate and the radio came on but have zero sound. I knew I needed an expert so I searched online under "BMW Repair Shop Near Me." Up came Desi Auto Care! I read the Google reviews and thought I'd give them a shot. I've got to say that all those good reviews were spot on! I'm so pleased to have found my new repair shop for all BMW service!

I own Jaguar XJ8 and went to Desi Auto Care for a burning oil leak and power steering pump replacement. Chris is a very easy going and an honest technician. I was told at West Chester Jaguar dealer that my brakes are very bad and needed to be replaced as soon as possible. I am glad that I didn't believe dealer and also Chris confirmed me that my brakes are good until at least 6 more months. I am glad that I found him for my Jaguar.

I live in Philadelphia, but took my '15 Porsche Macan turbo here because of the astronomical prices for service at the PA dealers. I had the timing belt/water pump/roller-tensioner/accessory belt service for more than a third less than what I was quoted by the Philadelphia dealers. The job was completed on time and a month later, all is great. Plus, the technician-Chris was willing to talk to me about my Porsche...even though he was very busy!!

ABS/Brake lights popping up on my Audi, logical diagnostic would had been "Module need to be replaced $$$." Desi Auto Care technician spend enough time to investigate, perform some deep cleaning of the sensors and everything was back to normal, all that for caring enough to save the customer some money, when the easy way would be to just replace it and charge more money. I will be back and recommend with full confidence.

BMW's are notoriously boobytrapped and annoying when it comes to tuning them and despite that, my car runs great and feels great month after and 1200 miles after the upgrade was performed. Positive experience.

When I got my car back and it was driving smooth, week later in my driveway, car stalls out. I called Chris and explained the situation, he sent towing company to get my car from home. He personally test-drove my car to trouble shoot the issue. Long story short, it was faulty new fuel pump and he ended up replacing it ( which was covered under his 2y/24k miles warranty). It's a life, things happen, in this case it was a faulty part, not Desi Auto Care - yet he handled with an urgent care (just like a doctor in an emergency room) and made sure (with details) I was going to be safe and in reliable vehicle. i will be coming back for my (BMW, Audi, Mini) car needs in future.

Pretty good tech took my car up for some mileage problems. Kris replaced spark plug and some other problems that showed up as service warnings sign on the dash, and fixed two leaking hose valves. They use high quality parts that are backed by shop's 2 yr warranty for your reassurance. Mileage improved by 4 miles solid.

They always fixed my Cayenne correctly the first time. Anyone needed fine quality Porsche repair-service-work do yourself a favor and give Desi a call. Dealership quality work...!
