I’ve gone to Desi Auto Care twice now, and the entire team is unfailingly polite and patient. They communicate clearly and kept me updated when they found an issue during my inspection. And they work quickly, so I was able to get my car back the same day thanks to the team going above and beyond to find a new part I needed.

I boutght a used 2010 Jaguar XKR and needed a shop when I couldn't do it myself and Adnrew helped me out. He's honest and doesn't try to skimp. He's given me estimates and the repairs ended up being $87 less than quoted (when it was already goof in the first place) Good people to do business with!

New steering wheel for my 2012 BMW 550i and Muffler job was done here. Work started and finished right on time. 10/10 would recommend and will return for any future services.

Your BMW is only as good as its mechanic and Desi Auto Care mechanics are exceptionally skilled and technical!! I have few co-workers who have Bimmers who hate servicing their care because they don't trust their mechanic, I will be sending them to Desi's way!

Have been dealing with Desi Auto Care since 2017 - they completed the PPI on my Porsche Cayman, and major/minor job done on it since. Chris have been great to deal with - reasonable as regards prices, service and exceptional for communications. Keep up the good service!

I have been coming to Desi Auto Care since I first bought my '07 SAAB 9-5 3 years ago. Really appreciate the focus on the customer service and trustworthy approach when working on my car. Im lucky to have them and very few mechanics work on Saabs! I highly recommend them.

I have had my car serviced here since 2016. My last visit was due to a blinking engine warning light on my screen. The issue was identified and after reviewing the cost with me the part was ordered. I was in and out in 90 minutes next afternoon. I felt confident that I received professional service at a fair value. I also like that I’m dealing directly with the person (Chris was my technician) who actually performing the job.

Took my father's 2010 Jaguar XK to DESI. My father was told by the dealership that he needed new struts, $1200. Desi Auto Care said there was nothing wrong with the struts and all we needed was the four-wheel alignment. They could have replaced the struts for money and I would not have been any wiser. Honesty gets my business. Also, the overhead console had fallen out of the top area. $650+ at the dealership. He searched for 2 days and found one out of NJ (Very hard to find) and replaced it for under $170!
