You want personal service? You want someone who treats your baby with kid gloves? This is the place!!!!! From the moment I made the appointment and then walked into the reception office, I knew I was at the right place. Chris and his staff are personable, considerate, and attentive; taking time to listen to my concerns and then addressing each item with timely action. This was my second visit to Desi Auto Care and was concerned about a few hiccups that my baby was experiencing, but when Chris gave her back to me; she runs like a brand new showroom rocket ship. I highly recommend Desi Auto Care and know you will wholeheartedly agree with me .

I asked Chris to take a look at my car when a bunch of warning lights came on. He was very good about keeping me in the loop and always answering the phone. Also, he checked with me before performing any job. Two wires had been chewed by a mouse, and it was fixed with $6 of butt connectors. Also, he replaced the speed sensor because the module wasn’t getting a signal and it was cheap enough so I had him proceed. After replacing that, there was a signal (he saved me from replacing the entire ABS module which cost $1,000 part) The quality of the service performed was professional, and his prices are fair. I recommend his troubleshooting skills.

Sam noticed me in the parking lot as I fully expected to wait until 8 o'clock as I arrived half an hour early. He took my BMW 525xi in the garage, technician started working on it, and I was back on the road by 10am, having paid the exact amount this guy Sam had quoted me earlier. They got two years of warranty on parts and labor. In arena of auto repair shop, this is very service available.
