It's worth driving to Desi (assuming you don't live around this shop). I live in Ocean city, and it's totally worth 52 miles drive to get great Porsche service.

In fact, when there is a problem they go above and beyond to make it correct. Any shop can give good service, but it takes an exceptionally great businessman to do what they did when a problem happens. 10/10 I would definitely recommend them to everyone who needs BMW or MINI service.

Desi Auto Care is a whole different "ballgame". Josh is the most honest mechanic I've ever met. Since when does a mechanic say "your BMW don't need repair?"

This place is great. Everyone who works there is super nice. I wish I had found it sooner. I had recently gotten some disturbing results from a diagnostic scan at the dealership while I was getting an oil change. The person was using scare tactics and trying to pressure me into acting right away….while also laying it on thick with compliments. It was phony and weird and I hated it. The estimate they gave me was truly sickening and fortunately they didn’t have any of the parts they said I needed so I didn’t have to max out my credit card in a panic after all. Once I managed to calm down, I decided I would get a second opinion and I am so glad that I did. Desi Autocare is a little bit of a drive for me, but all the reviews were so good I figured it would be worth it. And it was! It’s nice to be able to leave a place that doesn’t make you feel sick and ripped off when you leave.

These mechanics quickly identified and fixed several issues with my ‘18 Alfa Romeo Stelvio that my previous mechanic fuzzed with for weeks, no joking. I wish I had found them sooner. They know their craft when it comes to European cars.

Honest techs. It is a rarity with auto repair shops. Also they back up their repair service with a 2 years warranty and use OEM parts rather than cheap-parts made half a world away.
