They expertise in BMW for sure. Provides educated repair that you rely on. Kris always shoots me straight and Diana provide appointments. Also, their prices are competitive and with the same or, sometimes superior, material/parts. I recommend, especially when dealing with complicated repairs. Service is explained in detail and you drive off the parking lot with a peace of mind.

Brought my car for the battery installation and programming and Andrew turned the car around as I waited in office. Andrew also cleared out two fault codes he found in diagnostic machine and provided full inspection. I'm planning to come back when ready for 140k maintenance. Desi Auto Care also works with companies that provide extended warranties for BMWs.

These technicians know their high-end imports I asked two euro shops to do a brake job (on a Maserati Ghibli Q4 with a more-complex-than-average brake system) and none had the right scanner, or knowledge about the brake work. Kris got it done same day. He definitely knows a way more about luxury high performance imports. Honest efficient and did a great job.

I found Desi Auto Care and made an appointment for Wednesday, dropped off my MINI (convertible) and by 4pm I had a $26 part + $40 labor bill that turned off the check engine light and allows my car to run as it should again. They proved themselves to be the highest caliber of professionals by letting me know a number of the repairs done at the Benz cherry hill dealer, at no charge, instead of paying Desi Auto Care for those repairs. Katelyn greeted me at the door and not only they replaced the radiator but checked all my Vovlo CX90 fluids, brakes and associated sensors to make sure everything was in order for my next tour, special one!! I indeed went to Desi for a radiator replacement enroute to my long awaited long trip. In future, whenever it will be a time to do my brakes and tires, I will surely be back again here!!!! Scheduled appointment for my Audi valve cover gasket, heating issues and bushing noise. Sam called and said that the bushings weren’t actually ready to be replaced....Saving me a few hundred dollars! Most shops would’ve gone ahead and replaced the bushings and charged me for it. One word review: Honest!
