Not my first encounter with Chris and his crew of talented technicians. I previously had my brakes replaced and during my last trip I encountered a problem. Chris gave me a smile and said "no problem, it's covered under warranty". Before I knew it, the parts were delivered, installed, and I was on my way. If you want honest, reliable, and knowledgeable this is the place. They deserve better than 5 stars.

Chris is very honest and professional. They took care of my BMW 650i power steering issue in no time. Great communication.Very fair pricing and best of all he gave me tips to keep the car running as smooth as possible going forward. Will definitely be back.

I went to a mechanic 4x's for the same problem and they did not fix it on my 2013 Range Rover Evoque. I came to Desi Auto and it was diagnosed and fixed immediately. I am sooo happy with this place. Desi Auto Care gave me a good price and one the work flawlessly. After the transmission fluid change, I drove to NY for the weekend and I felt the difference in the smother shifting gears. I am happy to have found a great value for the money and auto shop for my Mercedes Benz E-300 maintenance in Stratford. As saving point of view, I cannot pay the Mercedes-dealership prices. For sure I will be back when any service is needed!

Took my vw gti to have the gasket replaced. Service was excellent they are straight forward with the pricing which btw is a lot less expensive than the dealership. Desi is my new European car mechanic!!!!!
