My retired mechanic has recommended me this, Desi Auto Care. It seemed like Andrew was attentive and concerned about my problems. They offered analysis, options and recommendations via phone and or email in order perform repair process. Certainly, I agreed for the least costly options for both of the problems needed to be fixed. The time of pick up was - Friday, Andrew showed me the part responsible for the exhaust leak and electrical issue. We did test drive my 2013 MINI PACEMAN together. The invoice contained all the details about parts and labor. I am very much satisficed with this level of customer service. Good job Guys!

I ordered a full HID kit for my 2017 Audi RS3. Picked my car up at 6pm. the job was well done. the lights lit up the night. Just as important is the feeling when I left that I got treated well and for a great price. I rarely post a review, only when I feel super impressed. I don't know much about newer cars so I have to rely on my gut. I feel that I have found a knowledgeable technicians. Recommended

If you have a European car, don't even think going to any other shop for repair and maintenance job, whether your car is old or new. I have taken my Audi here for the last 4 years The business is professional, thorough, and personable. Sam and his mechanics(Chris and Josh, especially ) are very well experienced, fastidious , and will explain all in detail that needs to really be repaired. Remember - they're busy you may have to wait a few days for "non-emergency" repairs.

The guys there are so professional and very knowledgeable about foreign vehicles..I will definitely be going back for all my car needs..

These guys always get me in and out. Once you have you’re appointment set, they always make sure you are in and out. Very honest guys. Not too many around like this shop.

A great experience I had here. I didn’t catch the name of the head technician, but he possessed an aura of diligence and helped me with a dilemma concerning my MINI Cooper Power Steering Pump issue and vibration problem. Each issue was repaired professionally. Good mechanics, good shop, good service! Recommended

I can't believe. Chris is the porsche whisperer. I bought my '14 porsche panamera in for major repair and he fixed a flat, re-attached the license plate and touched up a spot on my door -all without asking (or paying). with so many porsches all stacked up in the parking lot, it's seems like porsche owners trusting these guys! highly recommended, very transparent,and fast.

Not the greatest in terms of finesse or people skills BUT they did an exceptional job on my 2005 Subaru Forester. I was quoted over $6k to change the transmission (required in order to resolve a front differential issue and on these cars it's all one piece), Desi did the trans, oil change, rack and pinion replacement, brakes and a bunch of other work for less than half of that!! When I dropped off the car it was barely drivable, when I picked it up it drove better than my 2018 Outback :) - ok, not quite but it drives amazingly!!! They are honest - there were a list of items I'd asked them to check that were fine and in each case they only addressed the items that imminently needed repair. See Chris, he's gruff but has integrity and knows his stuff. Thanks Desi!!

Excellent service on a problem that my local, oil changing mechanic had to punt on. I worried that I would have to take out a second mortgage and take the car to the dealership (Mercedes) - but they fixed it perfectly, in the time they said it would take, and at a very reasonable price. They definitely will get my return business.
