Why my Audi 2015 overheats in Magnolia ( we're heading back to Philadelphia) I don't know. Called insurance company and they towed me to Desi Auto Care. It turns out that my Q5 had a cracked radiator, I thought that I might have to spend the night in hotel because it was already 5:30pm. Manager/mechanic went above and beyond!!! He secured a radiator and Carl and Josh stayed after hours to job on replacing it so I can go back home that evening. They amazing!!

ABS brake warning lights all came up on my on my dashboard and it was Saturday. Called around three shops that either had no availability, no expertise or quoted double the estimated cost. Josh diagnosed the issue, suggested a better alternative and had experience fixing it. He was professional, speedy and responsive as a BMW mechanics!

I appreciated the tall mechanic’s (don’t know name) forthright conversation and he shows confidence that he would resolve my complicated transmission issue. He made sure I am satisfied with the service, and he use same BMW parts as dealerships.

My car started running bad and blowing while smoke out the tailpipe. I was scared and thinking that it might be a head gasket. I went to Desi Auto Care due to their reputation. The CCV valve and bottom hose was clogged - the CCV system needed to be replaced. They quoted me for parts and labor to change out the BMW CCV system kit and throttle body gasket that seemed very fair to me. It took four hours to complete the job. The car is running great with no smoke coming out of the exhaust.

Chris and his team were very professional and the service of my vehicle was very reasonable! I would highly recommend for any vehicle repairs.

I came here for a full air suspension install, failed head gasket resulted in oil leak and coolant leak (disastrous engine problem if not fix ASAP) and all 4 new brakes install. From start-to-finish, they were fantastic! Sam makes sure customer gets the best price possible, and will ensure a proper installation with 2yrs/24k warranty. My retired mechanic has recommended me this, Desi Auto Care. It seemed like Andrew was attentive and concerned about my problems. They offered analysis, options and recommendations via phone and or email in order perform repair process. Certainly, I agreed for the least costly options for both of the problems needed to be fixed. The time of pick up was - Friday, Andrew showed me the part responsible for the exhaust leak and electrical issue. We did test drive my 2013 MINI PACEMAN together. The invoice contained all the details about parts and labor. I am very much satisficed with this level of customer service. Good job Guys!

I ordered a full HID kit for my 2017 Audi RS3. Picked my car up at 6pm. the job was well done. the lights lit up the night. Just as important is the feeling when I left that I got treated well and for a great price. I rarely post a review, only when I feel super impressed. I don't know much about newer cars so I have to rely on my gut. I feel that I have found a knowledgeable technicians. Recommended

If you have a European car, don't even think going to any other shop for repair and maintenance job, whether your car is old or new. I have taken my Audi here for the last 4 years The business is professional, thorough, and personable. Sam and his mechanics(Chris and Josh, especially ) are very well experienced, fastidious , and will explain all in detail that needs to really be repaired. Remember - they're busy you may have to wait a few days for "non-emergency" repairs.
