I like that Chris takes a personal interest in all the cars that cross his parking lot and I know that when I drop off my car that it'll receive "white glove service." I had some issues with my MINI clubman, Need to change a motor mount, water pump and battery. I'm glad I choose Desi Auto Care. The job was done on time and the crew was friendly.

I had new springs installed on my BMW and was happy with the look. Most shops I asked for estimate (informed me I would need an alignment) but Josh was the only one to suggest that it would be best to drive 1K miles and allow the vehicle to settle. I agree 100%. I don't like the idea of an alignment directly after the installation and then may be another if the car were to shift a little bit and settle after the alignment. Thank you for advice!

Took my Jaguar to Desi Auto Care get a major oil leak fixed. The correct repair was made for a reasonable charge. Jaguars are highly complex British autos that are difficult to service and Desi Auto Care is up to the task. they also noticed a couple of side issues and dealt with them. A holistic approach to my car's health? Nice if your Jaguar is out of its warranty, this is the shop to go.

I just took my Land Rover Evoque to this shop for the first time. Bottom line, I would recommend this place to everyone. My car had an electrical problem which took an enormous amount of testing by the master technician. Throughout the three days that my car was in their hands, I was given daily updates. I want to give a big thanks to Sean, Andrew, and the the techs that work so hard on my car to diagnose the complicated electrical issue.

Took my BMW Roadster Convertible first time for Engine leak an ordor issue. Was greeted by Leslie -was extremely nice and professional and took care of me quickly. After squeezing me an appointment the same day. Shawn got my car inspected and an assessment. Prices were reasonable and fair and he was both capable and personable. As I was waiting I even heard Shawn discussing BMW training for their mechanics. Coming from a job where continual training is imperative to maintaining your BMW skills, this was a great conversation to overhear. Will definitely be back.
