I had been having issues with my Mercedes BENZ SLK230 for few months as the result of a stay-ON check engine light. After spending over $2K at the dealer, the issue persisted with no resolution. Chris listened to my concerns and thoroughly tested various components to identify the source of issue. Chris kept my Benz for 5 days, test drove it daily and finding a few issues the dealer had overlooked. He did fix the issue with confidence. I like the fact that they always take the time to explain exactly what service will be performed and why it's needed, and then write it out on the estimate. I think transparency is the cornerstone of Desi. I'm the owner of Saab 9-5 and happy with Desi.

At Desi Auto Care they warranty their work and that's the best customer service you could expect! I like that Chris takes a personal interest in all the cars that cross his parking lot and I know that when I drop off my car that it'll receive "white glove service." I had some issues with my MINI clubman, Need to change a motor mount, water pump and battery. I'm glad I choose Desi Auto Care. The job was done on time and the crew was friendly.

I had new springs installed on my BMW and was happy with the look. Most shops I asked for estimate (informed me I would need an alignment) but Josh was the only one to suggest that it would be best to drive 1K miles and allow the vehicle to settle. I agree 100%. I don't like the idea of an alignment directly after the installation and then may be another if the car were to shift a little bit and settle after the alignment. Thank you for advice!

I have been taking my 2016 BMW M4 to Josh, after getting few recommendations from friends for Desi Auto Care shop. they have done excellent Brakes job at fair prices. I plan to continue to take my Bimmer here.
