At Desi Auto Care they warranty their work and that's the best customer service you could expect! I kept getting the "overheat" condition on my 2011 BMW 335i xdrive and Josh thoroughly diagnosed multiple component failures, replaced the errant parts and remedied my dilemma. Big "thumbs up" to this shop!

As a granddaughter of reputed mechanic shop owner, I always get free auto repairs. But after moving to this area it was hard to find good BMW repair shop.i found this shop through BimmerShops.com also I searched Google etc and Desi Auto Care had perfect ratings. I'm more than impress with this place and I love to support local businesses. After dropping my BMW 328i for AC and emission problems, Rachael called me with estimate. To my surprise it was VERY REASONABLE. My car fixed same day. All women should go to this shop bcoz they will not treat you like an idiot or add extras that we do not need. at the end owner gave me gift-envelop filled with amazing exotic candies and free car wash coupon. Now I'm confused, what do I love more? Candies or Shop? I guess both.

After searching around for a mechanic that knows what they are doing and able to be honest about it I finally landed at Desi Auto and I'm thankful I did. My issue was undetected by a previous "3rd party" shop and Audi in Cherry Hill. Once Josh and the team got a hold of the car, they delligently dissected the problem and went about fixing it within not only a reasonable price but time as well. Going forward they've earned a return customer in the future if I so ever happen to be unfortunate and need a mechanic again. I can relax knowing my daughter and wife will have no car issues now that the "ghost" have been busted in this vehicle by the team at Desi. No problem too big or small for them.

Came in for a head gasket replacement for my BMW 325i. Final price was significantly lower than the estimate, also he did extra labor and additional seals replaced. Good folks!

I have used Desi Auto Care 4 times since 2018 for services and I realized that I was lazy to write a review about the great job Josh has done. My car has many issues, some major and some minor (value cover and shocks, housing gaskets, eccentric shaft sensor, struts). Work the mechanic did was fast and perfect, and for reasonable prices. Since then, Josh always finds the root of cause and fixes it correctly. He can bring you into the workshop to show you what the issue is and what he is doing to fix it.

My car was acting up; it felt like the car dying. I searched on Google and found Desi Auto Care. On my way to shop my car took a dump on me. I had it towed into the shop (glad I just renew my AAA membership). After my arrival I explained how I felt my car dying (losing power), so he investigates and found out my fuel pump went out. Josh told me it's not common but it does happen. He orders the fuel pump, he asked me to pick up on Mon. In general, I had a nice experience. Repair came with warranty. Prices are much better than dealer for sure.

I do some of my own repairs with the limitations of transmission and when I was repairing my car and after replacing the abs module the warning sign on the dashboard stays ON. Online I found Desi Auto Care, pulled up into when I met mechanic Joshua and he said he would delete my brake and abs light code shortly with his programming tools. While I was waiting, I saw how much these mechanics know their things and how powerful their equipment is in diagnosing Bimmers. His diagnosis was spot on. Plug in the reader into diagnosis port, all the monitors it was showing and he went on to delete the module code. I’m impressed and happy with the attention was provided and their confident. If I need next service this would be the shop. I’m recommending to everyone with a BMW knowing how special these vehicles could be, go to someone who specializes in the field = Desi Auto Care!

Brought my Mercedes here because folks at the dealership weren’t pleasant or helpful. I was so impressed! They are extremely knowledgeable and offer reasonable prices. They’ll let you know when things can wait to be fixed and when others can’t. Would recommend to anyone!

A sincere THANKS to the crew at desi auto. My car had extensive suspension damage and major oil leak discovered ( I hate potholes!) I really appreciate receptionist working with insurance company to get everything approved. It was a pleasant experience from an unexpected event! They did their magic!
