I have a 09 BMW 750LI. A vehicle that a number of repair shops tend to stay away from. I was told due to the electrical nature of the vehicle no one wants to be held liable. Nevertheless, Desi Auto Care diagnosed and replaced the alternator in my vehicle after 2 previous shops informed me that the electrical problem I was having in the vehicle was internal and had nothing to do with the Alternator. Desi realized the Alternator wasn't functioning to it's maximum compacity, thus not charging the battery as it should. I will certainly take my vehicle there again. They also allowed me to purchase my own parts. They just charged me for the labor.

Very professional, courteous, and they were awesome with communication. Fast turn around time from when they started working on my vehicle to when I got it back. Desi auto is a awesome auto service company. I definitely recommend them.

Brian was able to fit my 2013 Audi A4 in for service quickly, diagnosed issues quickly and saved me many dollars fixing a small hose rather then replacing the water pump that I thought was bad, then resolved another issue in a timely, reasonably priced fashion. In and out in one day. Highly recommended!!

The morning after I had the repair completed I took my Mini Cooper to the state inspection and it went right through . I would highly recommend them for repairs and maintenance on you vehicle .
