Sam is very professional. But I needed a part from Germany, and I had to wait for more than 3 1/2 weeks. I was frustrated, but he always knew how to deal with my anger and calm me down. In the end, BMW-Germany never delivered my needed part, and I had to use the used part from online. For my convertible not many shops know how to repair this model. I used to take my car to BMW Turnersville, but now I will only go and fix my car at Desi Auto Care. I must recommend.

Although it is a drive for me to get here from Mt Holly, it is worth the trip! This is the 3rd time I have brought my car here for service. The first was to install the rear diffuser, second time for smoke issue and this time, for replacement brake pads for both front and rear. Before leaving, I was given proper explanation/instruction.

Eventually I decided to take my Porsche to Desi Auto Care. Manager did a full diagnostic and gave me a price for repairs. I was thinking about trading the Porsche in but after talking with Josh we came up with a plan. We’d resolve the performance problems then see home my Panamara was driving. If it was driving good then we would address the other problems like exhaust, oil leak and radiator etc. After step #1 i drove mz car on Turnpike it was -wow a wholr new vehicle. I drove it got a week then broughy it back for step #2. They fix all other problems. Wben picked up my Porsche...clean/detailed inside and out , steam cleaned my engine, running like a WOW! a new cae. I’m loving my car again. I’m still going to upgrade next month. Thank you Desi you guys rock!

I had an amazing experience with Josh and the rest of the staff at Desi. They picked up an oil leak on my pre owned Porsche that the dealership ignored. And then the dealership tried to say it wasn’t there. Josh not only confirmed the leak, but let us take video confirmation. I will forever trust this shop for my Porsche.

Recently my son wanted a vehicle and I thought I would surprise him with BMW instead it came with a nightmare. But, lucky for me the neighborhood guy referred me to Desi Auto Care. As a very first-time client I must mention Josh, the technician. He's personable, a great teacher in terms of BMW and always available (and never makes me feel that I'm a nuisance!). In fact, I still remember some of my "Josh education" but if I need to call right now, he'd 100% help me out! I didn't get to meet the other technicians, but applauding their professionalism in fixing up this X5.

I'm recommending you to all the Volkswagen owners. I can't believe Philadelphia mechanic where I usually take. Desi auto care was able to do what another shop was incapable of doing. Engine was replaced in a reasonable time span and for a good price. No problem recommending them. Will use them again even though they are an hour and a half away.

Desi is responsive and communicate well(you can text or email them and get reply right away) I was looking for qualified independent shop to take my Land Rover. My buddy recommended Desi and I've been going to them since. They specialize in all European cars, so they know how to get the repair professionally on those cars. I brought my Land Rover VELAR here to get an oil dripping inspection. They fix my issue by replacing Valve Cover Gasket (left & right) job well done. I appreciate!!

Desi can do everything on car repairs. I went to the other mechanic said my mercedez / is totaled and cannot be repair but Desi mechanic said they can do it! I have been in this mechanic for 7 years for my ford explorer and mercedez benz C300. They always do a good job making sure their job is done on time. I can say they are reasonable price and sometime they will give a discount. I can highly recommend this mech to anyone. 2 year warranty on labour and parts thats owesome deal. First time customer of Desi Auto Care for my 2018 BMW 330i XDrive. Prices are fantastic. I got an oil change, brake fluid change, and rear brakes and caliber's. The customer service and work is of dealership quality. That says a lot about a mom and pop shop providing this type of service and quality. If you have a foreign car this is definitely a shop you have to check out and consider. I have referred Desi to everyone I know. Just want to thank everyone at Desi from the owner and all of the staff for such a great experience. You have a customer for life!!!
