I'm not worried for a length of time, but Desi always gets it done on the promised time, even though they have cars spilling out of their parking lot. Josh will not do any repairs that are not mechanically necessary. When I had to get my 2012 Audi timing chain done (a very expensive repair), he called to inform me that my clutch was going to go soon and recommended that, while he had the transmission out, I replace it then instead of paying for more additional labor charges later. Any other mechanics would just keep their mouths shut to get more money from me. Going to an Audi shop is notoriously a shady experience, but I can honestly say it's a pleasure to go see Josh, Dylan, Sam, Judi, and the crew!

I've been trusting my both vehicles (Porsche Macan and infiniti Q50) to Desi shop for few years. There has not been any issue - not even a little glitch in all my visits. Josh, the shop manager listens and gets the work done on time. State-of-the-art diagnostics and text communications while my vehicle is there makes easy. Electrical wiring issue under the dashboard service was better than any dealership I have ever done business with.

I feel comfortable leaving car with him to repair or service. My car had ONLY gone to the dealership but after the extended warranty was over, I had to find a new shop to take the car for all those lovely BMW issues and parts. (We once took the car to other shop for an oil change once (and never again!) And Josh did not clear the light for us until we confirmed what kind of oil the other guys used- love that!) That one time we took the car to other shop, they told us we needed to have the water pump and thermometer changed. I brought it to Josh , and no codes came up- so he thoroughly checked my car and he did some minor updates with the system but the water pump and thermometer did NOT need to be replaced! (Saved $1600 on the spot.) When job done, car return to me SUPER CLEAN. I'll be a dedicated customer to Desi Auto Care and will refer anybody that asks for a good BMW repair shop.

Good experience at desi auto care, professional people.This is no slack repair shop. They know European cars, repairs, costs, and and service.Good features were digital programming a clean property.Online scheduling/text is the best.Job was done perfect.Upon leaving, I had a report that covered the problems with my Jauar XJ and the things that required immediate attention.I recommend, you will not be disappointed!
