From calling for quotes on a 100k service for my 2014 MINI, up until service completion, I felt taken care of and i was in great hands. The experience trumps calling the dealership requesting for estimate, leaving voicemail and not receiving any human response. Thanks MINI forum for pointing me toward this spectacular MINI-shop with customer-oriented culture likely formed by an awesome management team.

This place and the people are very nice and extremely helpful.I had the best experience here. I got a same day appointment, they diagnosed the problem, did a great job fixing it and got the car back the same day in couple hours. I really recommend this place. Five stars for this garage.

Desi Auto Care replaced my gear shift. They found the part for much less than the dealer. They did the work within a couple of days. The total cost was reasonable. I will use Desi for future repairs.

Took my Mercedes in for a complicated electrical + engine problems and was fixed on time and painlessly. As a demanding Mercedes Benz owner I like mechanic’s directness when I ask questions and he explain what repairs will be done to my car. Diagnosis, good estimate and fast turn-around. It’s very simple formula but most of shops simply cannot (or do not want to) get a handle on. Desi Auto Care has earned my business!

Desi Auto Care maintain my Mercedes running great. They're thorough in diagnostics and repair. Dylan at front desk keeps the office organized while providing free refreshments. Desi mechanics provide valuable advice/solutions for my SL550 Roadster. Last week I was in for "check engine light" sign. After diagnosing the issue, he informed me of the failing component and advised me to have it replaced under my current extended emissions system warranty. Oh they have a clean waiting area and clean bathroom!

Visited Desi Auto Care on 2 occasions for 2 different issues with my Q5. Chris accurately found out my Audi's problems and fixed them for good prices. The last issue was the fuel pump, but I had been told by Audi-forum experts that it had to be the camshaft. After careful diagnostic/investigation, he was convinced I needed a new fuel pump. If it were the camshaft, then dealership should have cover it. For this particular reason, I wanted him to check this out. I visited Cherry Hill dealership for inspection. They inspect and confirmed exactly what Chris explained to me. Camshaft is very fine. Fuel Pump is bad. After paying to dealer for their inspection, then still returned to Desi Auto Care to have the repair work completed. Chris knows his Audi-Craft. Do not doubt it...!

I was asking in my area at different shops how much to swap out my throttle actuators and Desi Auto Care gave me the lowest quote! Dylan scheduled for me to come in and the quote stayed exactly same. Chris scanned my ECU to make sure my actuators was the real issue and he called me to give confirmation. I would recommend this shop to anybody who wants an honest BMW mechanic and who do not charge an arm & leg! When I receive my E60/M5 back and issue was gone. Thank you guys I hope you enjoyed the Tim Horton's donuts!
