My Audi was having problems so I found desi Auto Care and just strolled in. Amber helped me and told me that usually only take appointments but she saw the look of despair and sweat dripping off my back on the hot day. She felt bad and took my Q7 in. Mechanic tested out the battery @ no charge v/s the dealer who would have cost me for the inspection. He showed the battery and explained my new battery and how it compared to the original battery, which was way batter customer service than I expected. In less than 40 minutes - I was in and out. I'II definitely come back to them for my Audi servicing needs.

I had no idea of where to take my both cars(Jaguar XKR & Volkswagen Jetta) to be serviced. So I always go to the dealership. It was not until my Co-worker suggested Desi Auto that I had the courage to make the jump to an independent auto repair shop. They really care about preserving the longevity of both my cars. I took my car in for an oil leak, burning smell and to check transmission sign that poped up suddenly,the front desk staff is prompt in scheduling oppointment s and gathers full information about my Audi to determine the best policy of service,it was refreshing visiting a repair shop that do not upsell.AMBER informed me of the service that was performed and explained the cost of each.Overall God job and very transparent:)

Always professional and realistic upon repairs. Never had a bad experience here . Saves me thousands a year coming here vs shady Mercedes of Cherry hill. Would recommend to anyone who’s particular about their foreign engines servicing.
