Thought i must have a bad Giubo in my BMW, Andrew found that it was a motor mount that snapped and fixed the issue at an even cheaper cost than originally quoted for Giubo. If you considering serving a Euro car at a local mechanic, this should be your first option!

A gentle man named Andrew greeted me and took the information about my BMW530i issues and share the information about how he will handle the entire process. They found oil leak near rare of valve cover on to the exhaust manifold, also found the gasket was broken. With my signed approval job was done on time.

When my Acura TL ‘hard power steering’ was caused by fluid leakage from pressurized hose.They found minor leak,fixed it and replaced power steering fluid.I can feel smoothness of steering now.

I had my SUBARU served at Desi Auto. Drew took time to explain to me about cooling system issues, which caused head gasket failure and what will be going to be worked on. I have even been told not to fix something that wasn't yet worn out or damaged, such as brake pads that I still had a little bit of wear left. He gets my business because he performs good work fixing what is (REALLY!) needed and answers all my questions.

BMW Dealer blamed on faulty timing chain guided, that will break and eventually destroy my motor. While it’s not a big deal as long as you had this catastrophic issue resolved under warranty. But unfortunately, my warranty was expired and dealer’s pricing was too high. Online search led me to Desi Auto Care. According to technician BMW 328’s timing chain guides sometimes fails early during the motor’s miles and the issue was not evidently a big problem to most drivers until it was very late. I really appreciate the attention to detail Desi provided when servicing my Bimmer. They even filled up all fluids without me asking for it (No charge!). My final bill was fair (62% cheaper then cost of dealer). Pleased with service and will be back!

Jetta broke down while on highway and check engine sign came ON. Towed to Desi Auto and left the keys in the Dropbox, along with an email. Next morning I received a call with diagnosis of my problems. My issues were similar to this: even VW forum community mention the same problem with 12 VW Jetta and is no stranger to engine issues, including EPC issue, MAP sensor goes bad, high pressure fuel pump problem and ignition coil gets extremely dirty. Chris is my go-to for all things VW his experience is vast. Got my car back and running strong and riding smooth once again. If you own European cars, check them out

I brought my older range rover to several shops that told me they worked on RRs and oter foreign cars and were unable to fix my vehicle. Desi was able to fix my car and get it back to me in days.

My vehicle was making a weird noise and i was referred here by our friend who had his oil leak fixed here last week and was raving about Desi Auto Care. Chris presented details how much belt cost, where it would go, what the purpose of this belt pulley was and so on...for me, it's a round metal piece! Even though I did not ask Chris to explain anything, he did....and he explained very well. He showed me on Mercedes Benz diagnostic/programming computer how thing works. He replaced my accessory belt pulley l etc... One mechanic also told me that they purchase original Mercedes Benz parts with warranty for 2 yrs, unlike the dealership which only warranties it for one yr. Drew at front office asked me if I wanted a soda, snacks, candy etc. You will not get better service than this shop....(I do recommend)

Excellent service and professional and courteous staff. I highly recommend using Desi for your foreign car maintenance and repairs. I will continue to go to them as the need arises.
