Hello Everyone, I took my vehicle over to Desi's Auto Care for some electrical issues because they have EXPERIENCE when dealing with Foreign / American vehicles. The guys are very Knowledgeable and skilled. Most importantly, they listen to their customers, easy to speak to, very Professional & Patient. When you walk inside the shop, you're greeted with a smile. Even if the office person is on the phone. Desi's Auto care is all about Customer Service and I can say this much... It's very refreshing coming to a PROFESSIONAL ATMOSPHERE spending your hard earned money knowing your vehicle needs will be taking care of. I had a bad past Experience elsewhere with an individual not really having the actual EXPERIENCE, after taking my money then lied and stated he did. Sadly to say, HONESTLY IS ALWAYS THE BEST POLICY... Although, it taught me to STAY FAR AWAY from OLD GAS STATION SHOPS, MCE360 especially if the pumps aren't working for gas,, that should've been a sign . What I love about "Desi's Auto care" is: they have Great Communication with their Customers, literally with Everyone. They have a text system to ALWAYS keep you updated & Informed about your vehicle. They'll Never take it upon themselves to do Anything without Consulting the customer first. Desi's Auto Care is a Family Owned & very Reputable CO. I urge everyone to bring their vehicle down to Desi's They'll get the job done, Electrical is their specialty and I'm pleased. Desi's will properly care for all your vehicle needs . 🥰

(Marek) the mechanic was decent when he was solo. I helped this man Tremendously, he helped me also but he got Greedy down the road and shifted all old and Minority customers to the back... Sad thing i I treated him like a brother meanwhile he caused more damage to my vehicle and left me with a problematic vehicle worst before bringing it to him, not to mention almost $3,500 for non repair work. I delt with him not his GIRLFRIEND. But I Learned if pumps aren't working at a closed down gas station.. ,, that should've been a sign . Truly an amazing experience dealing with everyone at Desi after dealing with some other shady places. Communication is key and Dylan was phenomenal when it came to that. I have a Range Rover so everything is pricey, looking at it cost money so I was so happy I found Desi because they are not greedy and take the time to educate you every step of the way. Truly satisfied with their service. Now they’re stuck with me because I refuse to go else where lol!

Great, shop I took my 2015 Audi S3 need one strut replace. I pay to replace both sides for half the price of what the dealer wanted to charge me. And the struts was oem parts.

Dylan is the best . Always great customer service .

After I received an online quote for my Mercedes Benz strut mounts, control arm bushing, and also to investigate transmission issues, I decided to go with Desi Auto Care.
