I had no idea of where to take my both cars(Jaguar XKR & Volkswagen Jetta) to be serviced. So I always go to the dealership. It was not until my Co-worker suggested Desi Auto that I had the courage to make the jump to an independent auto repair shop. They really care about preserving the longevity of both my cars. Chris the lead technician brings over 24 hrs of experience. Many peoples hear word of mouth recommendation and have become loyal customers. Do your homework- their prices will blow away what the dealership is charging for the same factory parts and way better personal service.

I took my car in for an oil leak, burning smell and to check transmission sign that poped up suddenly,the front desk staff is prompt in scheduling oppointment s and gathers full information about my Audi to determine the best policy of service,it was refreshing visiting a repair shop that do not upsell.AMBER informed me of the service that was performed and explained the cost of each.Overall God job and very transparent:)

The technicians execute quality jobs, so you not going back to them for unsatisfactory/incomplete job. What you agreed to repair and pay for is THOROUGHLY performed.

Always professional and realistic upon repairs. Never had a bad experience here . Saves me thousands a year coming here vs shady Mercedes of Cherry hill. Would recommend to anyone who’s particular about their foreign engines servicing.

Dylan and Chris were both very welcoming, kind and understanding with helping me fix my 2010 Mini Cooper. They listened to my problems, did a full diagnosis and worked with me to drastically help me out financially which I appreciate more then anything during these tough times. The work they did was quality, professional and they genuinely care about their customers and their cars. I highly recommend Desi Auto to anyone who is feeling overwhelmed by foreign car repairs and pricing; this shop will do everything they can to help you and that's extremely rare.

I had a freakish wiring problem and electronic nightmare with my Mercedes and after several wrong diagnostics at other shops(I almost purchased a new transmission at another shop I had taken it to in beginning, and was told this was the only way my Benz could ever drive again.) Desi Auto Care quickly figured out what was the issue and got down to business. I am so glad my friend Kevin, a loyal Desi-Customer for years praised this shop a lot! They are friendly and pleasure to deal with. I don’t like all repair related stuff, and Desi really made the whole experience 100 times better. My Mercedes is running cool now. Definitely 5 stars, I have recommended this shop to my friends and recommend them to you too! :)
