Brought my Mercedes Benz GLS-550 for oil-filter change and spark plug and oil leak issue repaired. Dyaln on the phone was helpful in answering all my questions, took time to explain what maintenance items need to be done and what they would check out for. He explained although they do not use customer supplied parts, but he would waive the rule this time since I had bought some of the maintenance parts (all OEM) previous owner was planning on using. He explained the job at the start, kept me informed over by text and went over the details again after. Great job!!! Thanks!!!

The folks at Desi Auto Care installed a Clutch and all new brakes. When they gave me back my MINI Cooper, it was spotless! I definitely appreciated! These mechanics keep real and will let you know upfront exactly what is going on with your MINI. I keep going back to them because I trust them and nothing has never mysteriously broken. I trust their advice and the job they do because my MINI runs perfect. I would rather get a tooth cavity filled than take my MINI to an auto repair shop, but the guys there in Desi Auto Care actually make me re-consider that thought. Desi performs service at a higher caliber than the dealership.

I have been in this mechanic for my mercedez C300 and ford explorer xlt for minor and major fix . They can fix everything that other mechanics can't do. They are reasonable in price and they have excellent customer service. I recommend Desii auto care to anyone. Thank you Desi

if you are the owner of technology filled cars like Mercedes, Land Rover, Jaguar you need to have regular maintenance performed to preserve your luxury investment and keep your safely while driving. Desi is the place to go to! I have had Desi Auto Care do several maintenance jobs on my Mercedes. Each time I worked with Josh, who is knowledgeable, also honest. Most recently they performed a brake fluid leak repair for me. The shop also explained a few things that I can take care of myself. You will not find any of these qualities at local dealership.

Highly recommended for European car service. So I've always gone to the BMW dealership for service. Check engine light was ON and dealer quoted $2467 for parts and labor to fix the "problem?",on top of the $250 I already paid for the diagnostic. I called Desi Auto Care to get an estimate, Josh returned my call and it was considerably 60% cheaper. But he said he would not guarantee the problem would be repaired unless he does his own diagnostic. Which is totally far. Dropped off my X5 for a diagnostic. Later on, got a call that the car was repaired , no parts or no additional labor needed! Comparing Desi Auto Care's diagnostic report to the dealership was like night and day difference. Thanks guys!

I called them up to do service, included diagnosing an engine noise. When they finished, I pickup and drove away… and noticed the same noise there. I went back and drove around with Josh, and he heard the noise as well. It turns out there was a miscommunication from my side how I communicated what the issue was ( I had the Audi A4 towed in). The next day he had fixed the issue (which was probably another 2.5 hours of labor) AND engine clean my car , all for NO charge!! I feel that Josh went above and beyond. Do not hesitate to bring your car here.

Elite service!! From the time I picked up the phone to schedule an appointment I was assisted with professional customer service. If I had to choose 1 word to describe their business it would definitely be TRUSTWORTHY… I’ll choose them over Mercedes dealer any day, I’m now a customer for life !!!

Called the service center hoping to get my lexus es in for a replacement water pump. Called the dealer and they gave me an estimate of about 3 grand. My friend referred me to Desi saying they do quality work, and they do, for way less money than the dealers. And the warranty on their work is fantastic!! I will definitely return to them for any repairs or maintenance i need from now on..
