We bought a nightmare of a 2005 AUDI A4 last DEC due to our 2004 A4 getting totaled out. Months after started seeing little red eyesore "Mr. Check Engine" start to appear. We took it to the dealer who suggested that we use a chemical additive in the fuel tank, which didn't solve the issue, and then they suggested a new can tensioner, and timing belt (about $3100 from dealer) Upon further investigation by Desi Auto Care it turns out that Audi may have let some cars with defective ignition coils on the road and we are one of the un-lucky purchasers. Remember to always check the Audi forum, there are a lot of people in the same situation. I want to wholeheartedly recommend DESI to anyone with Audi. These guys love to investigate just like FBI Recommended

My JAGUAR (2012 XJ LUX) never graces the dealership since the cost associated is typically high and I never feel like I truly belong. However an intermittent restricted performance and the need for a transmission flush led me to Desi Auto Care. They were so nice to deal with and gave me an amazing quote on the flush. They ended up completely solving my RP issue during diagnostic work with no additional cost and everyone was so friendly. They even shuttled me to the mall (where I had nice lunch) and brought me back to a freshly cleaned car. a WOW experience!

I took my Jaguar 2011 XJL to Desi Auto Care for a schedule maintenance and to have my drivers seat checked. Very reasonable price and great quality of work. They found the problem with my seat and got me back on road again. My drivers seat would not move and my seat massager stopped working. I kept blowing fuse and couldn't figure out what the problem was. Once they figure it out, he put me on the road in one hour. Very professional , Very friendly, Very fast.

They knows what they're doing and always delivers on-time and on-estimate. DESI's prices for parts and labor are usually 50% below what the dealers price since they don't have the overhead costs. Quality work- They can do routine maintenance or just about anything else. i trust this shop and will continue coming here. So glad to found this VOLVO specialist place! It's busy place, make sure you set up an appointment in advance. They can turn even a 75K maintenance job in a single day, which is faster than some of the bigger guys. Common Volvo parts are kept on-hand, so no long delays while you wait for parts to arrive.

This is the first time I am ever writing a review for any business. I went to Desi Auto Care in December 2016 with a check engine sign problem in my 2008 Nissan Altima. Shawn explained that my car needed a new exhaust converter with other parts in order to fix the problem. He assured that I can wait few months before the repair as it was not urgent and gave me an estimate of the repair. I went back after 3 months as my car inspection was due. Shawn helped me in finding all the parts online for a reasonable price. I NEVER saw any auto shop do this for me before. I ordered the parts and shipped them to Desi Auto Care. As soon as the parts arrived, I scheduled the appointment and got my car fixed. They truly care about customers and will help you out in all means possible. Very honest and professional!!

It was my second visit to team of Mercedes Experts. Few warning sings suddenly pop-ups on my dashboard . They quickly diagnose the problem and next day i got my car back. I compare his invoice prices with dealership, my saving was 65% can you believe how big profit dealer is making. i love the staff - very professional. God bless all of you.

Way better than LR dealership I would never take my Land Rover SuperCharger to any other shop. This place is first class and they really care about Land Rovers and their rapport with clients. The shop is filled with clean cut bright eyes mechanics. The shop itself is clean. General Manager Sean is a gentleman who shows you around and even takes you to the car to show what is wrong with it. His family has been in the fixing business for generations. The receptionist is on point, quick and good at multitasking. Thanks for great service!
