Heyyy! Ladies and Chicks! I type in Google "female friendly auto repair shop near me" and found area's only female friendly auto repair shop, Desi Auto Care. My ACURA makes noise whenever I hit the brake, not the usual brake squeaking noise, but a - click-click - metallic thud. This has been since Xmas and it worries me. I took it to dealership. They says "this is normal in winter, drive more and it will go away" until now same thing persists, and noise got louder. Master tech Shawn took Acura's driver seat and started to Re-produce the problem. I sat next to him, he heard the noise immediately, then he tried to locate the source, after driving around block, and decided to examine starting from underneath of the driver's seat. And he found a small metal bottle of water stuck under. So every time I brake, the bottle squeaks and pops back, thus making the click and thud. He refused to take any money even though it took half hour for an expert like him to find out. He won fight of who-gets-the-bill and instead of killing me; he gave me a coupon for next service. It's rare to find technician with street smartness, keep it up!

They backs all their work with a 2 years warranty. My volkswagen 2008 GTI had a boost issue for over 10 months that was required intense diagnosis. I took into Desi auto Care and spoke to shawn. He put it on the life for me and explained possible problems. Later on he called me back and told me he solved the issue; he conducted a smoke test and found an open port underneath my mainfold which was sucking in air causing my boost issue. Sure enough he sloved my boost issue. I also had torn bushings on my control arm and a slight oil leak from my timing belt gasket. He gave my an awesome price for everything. Job was done superfine

Mechanics are friendly and have great knowledge about all cars. Great prices and very organized place !

I've had '02 Mercedes and '00 Audi serviced at Desi auto within past few months, and i find them very honest and no-BS. I dont understand, and can't comprehend the mechanical understandings that happen to a car that I relay on everyday and the wear that I put on cars, and before I know it, something happens- Believe me, take it to this guys--- the best in town. They will tell the truth, weather I want to hear it or not--- well that's my problem!

I have a 750 Li BMW which was leaking about a quart oil every 4 days and this is after my other mechanic fixed it. The previous mechanic wanted $975 and it would take about week. I took my car to Desi Auto Care, they were absolutely amazing! They showed me what the other mechanic did wrong and what needed to be fixed to prevent it from leaking. I dropped the car off Dec 14th and picked it by Dec 15th and paid only $425 Sam, Shawn and all staff are the nicest people I have met in long time. I give them my highest rating and would definitely recommend to anybody with BMW repair needs!!!

3 days ago i replaced rediator at dealership and it was still leaking all over my parking I took it back to them and they said i have more problems than just the radiator and telling me they need to fix more expensive things on my Acura.Are you insane? Eventually i brought the Acura to Desi Auto Care and was told that the radiator is new,but the clamps were very old & rusted badly and all hoses installed incorrectly.That's a reason i am seeing leaks of oil,antifreeze,power steering fluid.I told him to fix it and now the car is running great with no leaks.Finally_ mechanics with common sense..

Any kind work need to done. Only shop I'm gone Desi auto. Mr Sam took care me like family. Price was great and service was fast.

A very honest place to trust, both, principally as well as ethically. I have a 1999 Honda Accord and my check engine light went "ON". Went to a couple of big name shop and they quoted me $99 for problem and error code diagnosis. I asked a simple question - "What is the error code" and the answer I got was - "We need to hook your car to our specialized machine to find out the error code for which we charge $99". I am like, dude, the specialized machine you are talking about is called "OBD-II scanner" that goes for $30. Talking about Desi Auto Care, I went for a simple oil change and the technician did 21 point inspection and gave me to error code right away. I was scared that they would put this charge on my bill to find out this error code, but, to my surprise, they didn't charge me anything. Infact, the technician said, it takes 2 mins to read the error code and I was impressed by his honesty (not like others who has "specialized machines"). He discussed with me the error code and suggested repair work to get this error fixed. I took appointment for the repair and I was taken in exactly at the time I was promised. The repair rates were very reasonable and the staff was very welcoming and respectful. They treated every customer with great respect. I haven't seen such customer service since I've been in South NJ (12 years). On a side note, the waiting room is very clean and well maintained with a lot of snack and refreshment options. Their offerings were even more than most of the big shot dealerships. I was pleased what this place does for their customers - reasonable repair cost with all the luxuries and goodies while customers are sitting in the waiting room. While I was waiting in the waiting room, this big sign caught my attention that read "There is only one boss - The Customer" and these guys really meant it to every word. I highly recommend this place to everyone and if you love your car, Desi Auto Care is the only destination.

I don't know why I went to Sears in Deptford initially for a simple tire rotation, and I left with some badly vibrating steering wheel and a flat tire ( no flat before coming in) They told me there was a serious alignment issue and would cost me a few hundred to fix. Brought my 2007 Lexus in to DESI auto care, and a rebalance + rotation later, everything works great. All for very low price. I also needed passenger side mirror replaced and by far the cheapest repair quoted. Done in less than an hour, while they treat me with fresh coffee and so many munching refreshments. (sometimes I'm hard to deal with kind person) but they treat me very respectfully. from now on they are my Lexus doctors.

This guys made my day, month, year...! The mechanics are great and professional service at it's finest All of my family members are customers of Desi Auto Care.I must thanks to owner :it was hard for me to sell my car through Craigslist,owner help me find buyer for my car through his customer base.
