The A/C in my 10 yrs old Lexus has been blowing hot air for a while. I figured an A/C recharge would do the trick. Did a Yelp search for local mechanics, requested a quote from Desi Auto Care. The front desk Rachael, got back to me with a very fair price within a 20 minutes. It was easy to schedule a convenient appointment time, drop-off was quick, and they finished within a 2 hours. When I got the car back, the A/C gets the Lexus feeling like an ice-box!

Shawn is knowledgeable and friendly. His prices are very good. It's a local shop and does well. I took my 9-3 to have auto Trans fluid change. My 2.8 Aero has typical hard shift due to SAAB specifying life time Trans oil when it really needs change every 30k. Issue solved smooth as butter!! I'm knowledgeable about SAABs and do observe mechanic's repair. So Shawn good to get my next big repair done. I have a silver 9-5 I gave to my sister I will be taking here to get some misc. stuff done. It's a decent shop close to me.

Great place to get your LR fixed. I brought in my 2003 Range Rover, it had some stability issues (wobbles left and right) and engine light warnings ON. Shawn diagnosed the problem and quoted me $640 to get the steering angle sensor fixed and to re-calibrate the air suspensions. Shawn had the car for two days While I waited he was fast to text-reply and always gave me an update every time I messaged him. I picked up the car this Saturday and it runs great. The shop is straight to the point and very honest.

I live one hour away and I still take my car to Desi Auto Care. You need a local mechanic shop that you can trust? This is the place. I'm in the military and they took care of me. But most important of all, they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They did a thorough check of my Mercedes Benz and told me exactly what it needed. Go to the dealership, I guarantee you they'll tell you you need this, that, and this one too. There's a reason why so many customers are satisfied with this shop. Ask for Shawn, Shawn, Shawn!

On Friday I was driving my Audi in the sweltering heat with no air-conditioned and I need it fixed. I called in the afternoon thinking it was doubtful they'd have time for me but they told me to come in. Got there - met Rachael who asked if I was the person that called. Yes,yes, I am. Please rescue me from the OVEN that is my car...and they did. Team Desi auto care-knows German cars and runs a great operation with excellent service. they will fix whatever you brought your car in for. Staff is friendly and respectful and the prices aer right. Mu Audi find the right doctor.

Repairs done: AC, Fuel pump, Window regulator and Grrrrrr... sound under engine. I drive a 2012 Mini cooper Countryman and was very excited to know that Desi Auto Care works on these. I've taken my mini in for major and minor things and I'm always very pleased with the service. The folks there are very professional and always make sure that I am taken care of. Everyone there is pretty much a badass. I recommend this place to anyone with a Mini or BMW.

That said, my experience with fixing my car has never been so pleasant and I am happy to have Desi Auto Care as my BMW repair shop. 1st thing I noticed about their customer service - they're female friendly - from the interaction on the phone, to their complimentary shuttle service to the train station, offer free foods-drinks, 2 years warranty, this doesn't feel like a typical mechanic shop. So far, they has replaced my front brakes and calipers, control arm bushings (which completely fixed the shaking), and worked seamlessly with my third party warranty company to get water pump replaced and fix a window regulator at minimal cost to me (I just pay the deductible). my car runs 10x better than it did when I 1st bought it and I feel like it is in good hands to last me another 100k miles. Warranty on my '11 Toyota Corolla expired a year ago and all of a sudden a brake light came on. Well, just as if it were magic, I got a coupon from Desi Auto Care, which prompted me to schedule the brakes checked. Bottom line, I was blown away. Sean, Rachael, Drew all of them were amazing. They were honest and said the brakes were ok. They fixed the light issue, replaced a light bulb and added air to the tires...All for free! In short, I now have a post-warranty repair place I can trust.Thanks for everything!
