When I changed the battery on a BMW it lost all the programming for the windows etc. Called BMW and they said it would take ten hours to re-program and $649.00 they told only BMW battery would work in a car. The BMW forums confirmed that the service dept. story was a crock. Shawn, said it takes a couple hours tops and the programmers does all the work. Way less than $100 Later all was excellent....

By far the best European auto shop we have ever had our (2011-Mercedes) 4Matic serviced in and we have been through quite a few. We are new customer of Desi Auto care and couldn't be more happier. Last week my car battery died and after I got my car jumped Sean (the mechanic) was able to accommodate our urgent situation and replaced not only our battery but the alternator as well and it was all done in less than 2 hours. The price was more than fair and the customer service they provides is unparalleled in most other auto shops. Thank you very much everyone in Desi Auto Care for their swift and excellent service.

What a find! I've had European cars for over 27 years and theae folks are the best technicians I've ever come across. When my beloved AUDI 2.7 turbo started running rough and losing power my local mechanic was stumed. He suggested brining it to the Audi dealership. Instead I brought it the Desi and the crew in Stratford. The issues were complicated however they done the magic. The car now runs like it's brand-new. It was well worth the trip from Bordentown.

Audi repair is never enjoyable but... Desi (Dedicated European specialists Inc) Auto Care reduce the pain with straight forward approach. He diagnosed issue with our 2.0T Audi's engine that should have been covered under the manufacturer's warranty. While he did not perform repair work, in this case his insight was critical to our negotiations with Audi corporate through the dealership with a favorable outcome. From now on this will be "MY" repair shop

My service was superb with Sean, he looked at my vehicle, told me step by step what he was going to do and how much it was. I have been to a number of places where they took my money and my vehicle still needed repairs, but Desi Auto I got the service that I needed. Thank you for that.

Desi Auto Care- Has been the best thing that happened to me! and for the love of my cars! BMW X5 4.8i and the Chrysler Concorde! Sam own's this enterprise and he deserves due respect for 1. Understanding the customer perspective. 2. Provide complete and thorough information from the Chief Mechanic to the customer (Transparent) 3. Go beyond and above with the customer expectation. Now all that said: A Big thumbs up for the Man behind the brilliance (Shawn McShea, Chief Mechanic/ Architect, I must say) he has complete end to end understanding of whats in a car! (especially the BMW & the European cars) . He really knows how to connect the dots to get to the root problem. Shawn clearly explains and knows what to fix by priority, Also lets you know if its worth your buck for the fix (investment) you are spending on the repair. Clearly I have a Lot of confidence in the work done on my car for a ton of Money I saved from going to the dealer. I surely know, Shawn has spent at least double the time I have been billed for the 1 thing that I had to go back to fix, which was not part of the initial problem. I think Sam, Shawn, Drew & Rachel do a great job! BMW, now drives like one!
