Brought my '11 BMW 335i for intake valve cleaning, oil housing gasket, transmission fluid, and rear differential fluid. This place was fully booked, but let us stop by for a quick check when he heard my sob story. We got a full 30 minutes of diagnostics as soon as we pulled up and free coffee-refreshment. They did great work, brought out back to see my valves when the car was torn apart and when I checked out the total cost was $200 under their initial quote. I found my piece of mind! This BMW maintenance/repair shop!

This was my THE BEST experience with car repair. I had phobia going to car repair center. It was combination of best price, good work and ethics( which you rarely see in car business), courteous customer service and timely work. I would highly suggest this auto shop to anyone who wants reliable service with good price and guareented service satisfaction. He had really bought me in very first visit and i wish him good luck and please keep doing good work.

2007 JAGUAR-XK owner. Asked a JAGUAR owner friend for a good mechanic and he gave me this shop name. The experienced mechanics and great front office person make for a terrific experience. They gave the car a checkup and added disc brakes, headlight and belt. All work on time and on the agreed upon budget. Good people to do business with.

My 2 visits to Desi Auto Care Recently. 1. Brake Fluid service. I requested they bleed the clutch line too as its integrated with brake reservoir. The job was completed in less than 1 hour on a Saturday. I provided my own can of high temp fluid. There was no issue with this. 2. Lost my wheel lock key and the staff graciously gave me the key from the master set so I could remove my locks. No charge! Sam always answers emails quickly. Receptionist is very polite. Shawn is the Porsche Doctor!

Great experience before Christmas at Desi Auto Care. A “check engine” light was on in my 2005 AUDI-A4. A car wash manager across the street recommended I take the car to the Desi Auto Care. When Andrew had the car pulled into the bay, the “check engine” light was no longer on. He tested the car, drove it, made a minor repair to vacuum hose, and then re-tested the car. Since they couldn’t find a problem they did not charge us. I already made my next appointment here. No Frill! Simple people! Can’t Thank enough!

Major coolant leaking on Volvo V50, which is just off of warranty and I was afraid of a leaky head gasket which could have cost thousands. Andrew and his mechanic done pressure test for 30 minutes and told me I need a new radiator. They replaced a radiator next day at half the cost of the dealership, and my car has been running smoothly since. Thanks folks! You'll see me again.

What would I do without Desi Auto? Twice I brought my BMW here before. Andrew always willing to explain repair issues and what's my options and the vibe is friendly. He is my car guru-something money can't buy. This time my Jaguar XJ broke down on Route 38 and I had it towed here. It was a crazy day. I got home only to realize I had left my home keys inside my car. I called and explain the situation, he send receptionist to my home with keys. The image has stayed with me for this local, family place that CARES for you.
