I had many problems in my car and i was almost ready to sale but my one of friend suggest me to visit Desi Auto Care, after visit there mechanic suggest me to keep this car and gave me good price contention and finally after repair still driving and there is no issue, i am really appreciate with there best service and good suggestion. I had to have my engine replaced in my 2002 LAND ROVER-FREELANDER- and these guys did a great job - they found a new engine with almost the exact same mileage, the work was down in under a week and they also replaced my clutch for no additional labor cost. They also were'nt excessively judgmental that i destroyed my car engine (I swear it was an accident!). There were some growing pains the first hour I got back and they fixed them right away. The staff is friendly and honest. Not once have they tried to push other repairs or add on parts to me. They have made me a long term customer. I sure will be back.

I first contacted Desi Auto Care in Aug-2016 to "INTERVIEW" potential facilities to have my BMW service. I exchanged some emails and was pleased with the correspondence, so decided that this would certainly be the place I would have BMW serviced. Feels like a home with this people, i can leave my car, give him my credit card, go on business trip and feel reassured that Sam and his team will take care of everything and not take advantage by replacing just to replace. Have been to most of the so called BMW repair locations throughout the area and this place takes the PRIZE!! Pros_ Excellent service, willing to talk, only necessary repairs, fair prices, they treat women with respect! Cons_ No dealer amenities i.e. loaner cars, busy but at least they are honest on when they can actually get to your car. Biggggg Thanks! You folks saved our Christmas vacation! We drove to Philadelphia area from West Virginia and on the way down our 10 years old Mercedes R350 started having problems. Googled and found Desi Auto Care they quickly diagnosed the problems (Transfer case went bad) Desi's Master Tech. found a slightly used transfer case at $ 1/3 price of new one and got it in next day and worked very late evening to get it done before we needed to drive back to our vacation places.

I'm a old mechanic so I guess you could say I'm tough customer for these guys. I have to give them great credit since they put up with me and all my questions and persistence. Desi auto care is perfect BMW repair shop , they treat me fair and professional- for that I'm customer for life. Wide variety of Free refreshment offered for customers.
