The owner of Desi Auto Care Mr. Sam is great person. I went that area from NYC, was my business trip . My car had front break broken, that made me really nervous because that area is totally unknown to me. I found him in google and called him, visited him in lunch break, he took great care of my car within reasonable price. Desi auto is very busy place but Sam will take care of your problem within few hours. He is very flexible & has great sense of customer service. Everyone works there is nice and pleasant.

Firstly, Thanks all of you at- Dedicated European Specialists Inc. (AKA- DESI Auto Care) My Baby- 2001 BMW X5 4.4i Repair done- Engine oil leak..... As someone who's ignorant about car repair knowledge, its crucial that I have someone I can trust. As a single-income school teacher, its imperative I have someone who WON'T take advantage of my ignorance. Sean become my mechanic when my car savvy ex-husband found him. the husband didn't make the cut for long haul, but Sean? He's a keeper!

"Very Thankful For Desi Auto". My 07 BMW's Engine sounded terrible and there were smoke coming Out Of It. I took it to couple places to compare the price and at last I went to Desi Auto. After diagnosing the problem they gave me a free estimate and offered me options and advise. Sam ( the owner) was very generous in allowing me time. After comparing the price I realized they were charging me at least 40% less then the other 3 places I went to. So I made my decision right away and gave my baby to them. They did an excellent job and my car runs great.

So, we all know times are tough and despite my desire to "stimulate " the economy , I'm not going to be able to purchase a new car for a while so last week I took my 9 yrs. old BMW here for some repair and a comprehensive inspection. From my first call to make an appointment, I was impressed. It was so nice to feel so respected and welcomed to their BMW repair shop. After they completed the repair and inspection, they called me and explained in order of priority, the items they uncovered that needed to be fixed and why. They also told me what could wait and how long it can wait. I asked them to complete a couple of the less expensive and more urgent options, and you can bet that I will be coming back to Desi Auto Care when it's time to address the larger ticket item. This shop gets A+ from the initial phone contact to very helpful free ride home, to the finished product and everything that happened in between. I would recommend them to all my friends, and even my enemies if I was in a particularly charitable mood !

Brought our '03 Discovery (less than 42K miles driven) in to Land Rover dealership for a Free Multi-point inspection, It was a bang on my head, when I get quote of $6318.77 (what the heck?? ) Eventually I recovered from brain damage to get a 2nd opinion and Desi Auto Care was suggested by my NJ state trooper friend. I bought my car right in and was met by Shawn and Andrew. They're Land Rover Specialist, they reassured me that the repairs would be reasonable and only if needed. So I went from from a would be $6318.77 financial bleed to a $514 all necessary repairs from Desi. Great shop all the way, (showed me all the old parts) very informative & they do care for my pocket. Dealership send me email for survey - asking for my experience (Ha..ha..ha..)

From the time I made phone call for repair appointment to the final checkout, my car has been perfectly repaired and everything done professionally it was my pleasure to deal with Sam (he is very funny and helpful) am very impressed of his SLICK business style. Best auto repair shop I ever had. They educate me a lot about my car. Now I have more confidence in them for my future car repair.

It truly deserves 5 stars for giving the best customer service and being customer it was very pleasant environment to talk to anyone in the shop walking in and walking out. It truly made me feel like every customer is a BOSS and the owner goes well beyond to give best customer service with the guarantee on the services done to your car. Will go here every time for all the services.

I took my wife's Mercedes to Desi Auto for service appointment. They did the job in a timely manner and for a fraction of the cost. They did a great job and the entire staff was extremely friendly. Desi Auto Care definitely stands by the rule that the customer is always right. I plan on taking my Audi there for it's next service.

After having my LEXUS mis=diagnosed at the dealership, Sean took the time to recognize that the original diagnostic code was masking a much bigger issues with my trans=axle and too the warranty company (who were not going to cover the LEXUS repair initially) to task for the repair. After the representative appeared at Desi Auto Care, Sean impressed upon him how the diagnostic code was misleading, the warranty representative recognized the issue and my Lexus was repaired to my satisfaction. Sean have a great patience to deal with Warranty Company.

Really great service, the owner Sam explained everything. Great prices and they finished repairing my car even though they were closed. Owner of the shop waited until I came to pick it up. Highly recommended.
