A very honest place to trust, both, principally as well as ethically. I have a 1999 Honda Accord and my check engine light went "ON". Went to a couple of big name shop and they quoted me $99 for problem and error code diagnosis. I asked a simple question - "What is the error code" and the answer I got was - "We need to hook your car to our specialized machine to find out the error code for which we charge $99". I am like, dude, the specialized machine you are talking about is called "OBD-II scanner" that goes for $30. Talking about Desi Auto Care, I went for a simple oil change and the technician did 21 point inspection and gave me to error code right away. I was scared that they would put this charge on my bill to find out this error code, but, to my surprise, they didn't charge me anything. Infact, the technician said, it takes 2 mins to read the error code and I was impressed by his honesty (not like others who has "specialized machines"). He discussed with me the error code and suggested repair work to get this error fixed. I took appointment for the repair and I was taken in exactly at the time I was promised. The repair rates were very reasonable and the staff was very welcoming and respectful. They treated every customer with great respect. I haven't seen such customer service since I've been in South NJ (12 years). On a side note, the waiting room is very clean and well maintained with a lot of snack and refreshment options. Their offerings were even more than most of the big shot dealerships. I was pleased what this place does for their customers - reasonable repair cost with all the luxuries and goodies while customers are sitting in the waiting room. While I was waiting in the waiting room, this big sign caught my attention that read "There is only one boss - The Customer" and these guys really meant it to every word. I highly recommend this place to everyone and if you love your car, Desi Auto Care is the only destination.

I don't know why I went to Sears in Deptford initially for a simple tire rotation, and I left with some badly vibrating steering wheel and a flat tire ( no flat before coming in) They told me there was a serious alignment issue and would cost me a few hundred to fix. Brought my 2007 Lexus in to DESI auto care, and a rebalance + rotation later, everything works great. All for very low price. I also needed passenger side mirror replaced and by far the cheapest repair quoted. Done in less than an hour, while they treat me with fresh coffee and so many munching refreshments. (sometimes I'm hard to deal with kind person) but they treat me very respectfully. from now on they are my Lexus doctors.

This guys made my day, month, year...! The mechanics are great and professional service at it's finest All of my family members are customers of Desi Auto Care.I must thanks to owner :it was hard for me to sell my car through Craigslist,owner help me find buyer for my car through his customer base. Every mechanics and the owner has increadible amount of knowledge about cars. A lot cheaper and better than any other place I have been to. Great customer service, it was pleasure dealing with them.

Shawn and Team of VOLVO techs are 5 star professionals. I have owned 2 Volvo's and both have been serviced at DESI. My experience : I was having issues with transmission on 2005 Volvo XC90 . I took car into Desi Auto Care (The Volvo Specialist) for diagnosis and Shawn told me there was a "known issue" with my make and model of Volvo and he helped me submitted my case to be reviewed by Volvo Corporate to have the transmission replaced at no charge. He also worked with the Volvo dealership on my behalf to send over all details and schedule an appointment for me. I have now brand new transmission at no cost to me!! DESI's customer service is above and beyond the rest.

I been this place frist time ..my car Mercedes Benz S600 to desi auto care. They did oil change install a new brakes and did tune up for my vehicle and the Price they gave me it was so great . So much cheaper than dealership. They fix my car at same time. Service was great and quick. And anything they did to my car it came with warranty. I'm happy I finally found great auto service shop in my neighborhood. First auto service shop who offers FREE snakes and cold drinks to customers that is amazing. Thanks for great service to Mr Sam

"Desi Auto" was recently a new experience for me and my 09 VW Passat. I went there with my car which had some braking and emission issues and was very happy with the service. Everyone was nice and the place was very clean, they offered me free snacks, coffee, drinks and then they gave me a free estimate as well. I was amazed by their pricing, it was a lot less then I expected. It was a pleasant to have people that were nice to me when fixing my car. I'll be going here rather than the dealer from now on.

Excellent customer service. You will not feel cheated at all. They will explain everything and will tell you what is wrong with your vehicle. I highly recommend this repair shop to anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy auto repair shop.

Made an appointment for Sat 11am, this place was super busy & phones keep ringing. My car was in garage right away. I'm not a technician but I know basics of my car. I needed drive belt which he fix with such a low price. Previously other shop had suggested to replace my battery, These guys recognized that it only needs a battery terminal cleanup. He didn't even charge me for that. I told them I'm going for long road trip next week, so they checked everything and guarantee me I'd be ready for long drive. This establishment is breath of fresh air & totally honest.
