Mercedes Benz 4-Matic - if you own and care about your Benz = GO HERE!!!! I went to three different shops and they changed me for all kinds of parts and work and never got it right over 3-month period. I was ready to dump the damn thing......I wasn't aware of Desi Auto Care until a friend of mine at Comcast recommended them. Sam is great, as is Shawn and Drew is the "man".....Fixed, resolved my problem in one visit and very affordable..........saves me $$$. I can't say enough about this place...........do yourself a favor, dump anywhere you're going to and see these guys..........you won't regret ......

I was told by the BIG DEALER,you know the company who owns few dealerships, that I had on oil leak in the upper pan and that the repair would be $2400. I almost fell for it. Instead, Desi Auto Care saw two oil leaks on my Mercedes E350 4Matic and fixed them both for 1/6 of that price TOTAL. Not a fancy place like the dealer but just good honest workmanship by a guys who knows the German cars. Recommended

Desi Auto Care is the ROCK STAR of customer service and integrity. I own a 2011 Lexus and Sean @ Desi Auto Care was able to diagnose and fix a problem that Lexus Dealership could not even do, or wouldn't.

I turned up on a Monday morning with a "Check Brake Pads" alert on our Land Rover. Mike took it in and called me within 30 Minutes to tell me what was needed. This saying created by my friend " if you own a Land Rover, you better be friends with a Desi Auto Care " Sean and his crew are just cool ! I took my Land Rover in for a dash light reset, and subsequently got their opinions on an engine issue I had recently. Two other techs stopped what they were doing and took the time to explain to me what could be causing the problem with harmonic balancer on my LR, and made sure I understand what to look for if it ever happened again. It was clear they were passionate about what they do and made the well-being of their customers a top priority, not from a business perspective, but from a human perspective.

Seat was unplugged, then plugged in and tripped SRS codes. Shop was kind enough to spend time to reset codes and did NOT charge any money. Huge Thanks! On busy Saturday!

This place is a God's send. It's hard to find a friendly, honest mechanic especially when it comes down to fixing AUDI. Fortunately I have found one! It has been a pleasure dealing with Desi Auto Care. After going to a dealership twice, I thought that my history of AUDI ownership is over. But now I have a chance!
