My 2 visits to Desi Auto Care Recently. 1. Brake Fluid service. I requested they bleed the clutch line too as its integrated with brake reservoir. The job was completed in less than 1 hour on a Saturday. I provided my own can of high temp fluid. There was no issue with this. 2. Lost my wheel lock key and the staff graciously gave me the key from the master set so I could remove my locks. No charge! Sam always answers emails quickly. Receptionist is very polite. Shawn is the Porsche Doctor!

Great experience before Christmas at Desi Auto Care. A “check engine” light was on in my 2005 AUDI-A4. A car wash manager across the street recommended I take the car to the Desi Auto Care. When Andrew had the car pulled into the bay, the “check engine” light was no longer on. He tested the car, drove it, made a minor repair to vacuum hose, and then re-tested the car. Since they couldn’t find a problem they did not charge us. I already made my next appointment here. No Frill! Simple people! Can’t Thank enough!

Major coolant leaking on Volvo V50, which is just off of warranty and I was afraid of a leaky head gasket which could have cost thousands. Andrew and his mechanic done pressure test for 30 minutes and told me I need a new radiator. They replaced a radiator next day at half the cost of the dealership, and my car has been running smoothly since. Thanks folks! You'll see me again.

What would I do without Desi Auto? Twice I brought my BMW here before. Andrew always willing to explain repair issues and what's my options and the vibe is friendly. He is my car guru-something money can't buy. This time my Jaguar XJ broke down on Route 38 and I had it towed here. It was a crazy day. I got home only to realize I had left my home keys inside my car. I called and explain the situation, he send receptionist to my home with keys. The image has stayed with me for this local, family place that CARES for you.

I took our mercedes Banz S-550 here for a regular service and to have The backup alarm checked out. The backup alarm was not as loud as it had been before. It essentially was not audible and non-functional...VERY unsafe! I had it to Mercedes Benz of cherry Hill twice and was told: " That' s how it is. It can' t be adjusted." The guys at Desi Auto care actually checked it out on their computer, and found it was set at only 40% They turned it up, and what do you know, I can hear it like it used to be. Huh! So if you actually do the work, you can fix things. I guess some shops don't think this small repair is worth their time. Desi Auto care is a professional shop. Andrew and Sean made my car right and care about what they do.

decade old car into auto care two times for some repair job, and i have to say i never had such a positive experience with a repair shop. Their prices are extremely reasonable, and they do excellent work. My volvo xc 60 had a problem with second gear on transmission, the dealership wanted me to replace the whole transmission (approx 6-7k) but desi's realized it was a common problem and not a difficult fix for their technician.

I spent nearly $4k at Porsche Dealer trying to fix a check engine light before an emissions test due at the end of month. After four trips to the dealership and being told this part...or sensor...or fuel pump...or air oil separator...needed to be replaced the dealer still couldn't fix the check engine light. Dealership wasn't even looking at my car and simply hooking up the computer and changing parts based on whatever the computer said. I was then told my '01 Boxster needed ...

Been a customer of Desi's for my '08 Cayenne S and every visit has been a 5 star experience. I trust him implicitly with my car, as well as my wife's 996. Porsche owner dreads talking in for repair, thinking "How $-MUCH-$ is this going to cost me?" but Shawn has actually saved me money. When my right turn signal stopped working, he took some time and found an alternative solution to replacing the whole headlight at a fraction of price. Its things like this that makes me a repeat customer. The shop and waiting room is impeccably clean, Rachael at the front desk is super nice and personable, Shawn the master is Porsche experienced, well-informed, and a pleasure to work with. This place is Great! I brought in my 2006 Audi A3 to replace my timing belt and now I have my car for another 100,000 miles thanks to them. They even caught a mistake the another shop had made on my car that I did not realize happened and they fixed it with ease. I will continue to bring my car here and no where else!
