First time customer of Desi Auto Care for my 2018 BMW 330i XDrive. Prices are fantastic. I got an oil change, brake fluid change, and rear brakes and caliber's. The customer service and work is of dealership quality. That says a lot about a mom and pop shop providing this type of service and quality. If you have a foreign car this is definitely a shop you have to check out and consider. I have referred Desi to everyone I know. Just want to thank everyone at Desi from the owner and all of the staff for such a great experience. You have a customer for life!!!

They’re cheaper than dealership, but was more honest I believe. When Audi dealer (Service manager) gave me a $12K repair estimate for emissions that including replacement of the Catalytic Converters. Trusting Desi, I gave them a call and gave him info and Josh quickly said that sounds questionable. I drove my Audi from dealer and brought down to Desi Auto Care. I was happy with service and my final cost was $2.5K Great service! (with 2years warranty for parts&labor)

Technicians at Desi Auto Care took great care of my Mercedes ML350. I went in for exhaust repair and Josh discovered that my engine oil pan gasket was leaking (i did. see some odd leakage in my garage about 3 weeks before) so he was able to accommodate me soonest. He replaced my engine oil pan gasket and detail cleaned the engine bay area and undercarriage to clean up any oil/reside from the leaking and also did an oil change Desk uses cutting-edge technology and computers to diagnose and repair any issues with your Benz. Avery recommended- from routine maintenance to sophisticated services!

The techs at desi auto care were amazing. They did a few jobs for me Unable to repair of the lower front end suspension of my jaguar at a much more reasonable price rather than trying to recommend replacing the entire front end. Dylan was nothing but helpful easy going and friendly. He explained what they would be doing to my jaguar. In details, he even coordinated an enterprise rental car for me since they would need to keep my jaguar for the service. They thoroughly explained all detail of service performed and had me on my way. It was simple online clicks to book my appointment and pick up my jaguar I would definitely come back in the future and certainly recommmed...!

I had visited Desi Auto Care few years back to perform a diagnostic check for my '15 Porsche Panamera. At that time, I was given report, but decided not to get any repair done and was impressed with his knowledge on Porsche's, also his honesty on the condition of my vehicle. The following year my Porsche was completely out of order & it parked in my garage for about 11 months. I took it to Desi Auto Care after 11 months and they got my car up-running within 4 days (Job-engine replacement). Throughout the repair, Josh was very courteous and answered every question (which I have a MANY of them). he kept me updated with photos & mainly his team got my Panamera at 196K miles back on the road!

First time customer- I needed both Motor mounts replaced on my 2013 BMW XDrive 35i, I emailed them for a Quote for labor (I provided the new parts) on a Sunday, I got a call on Monday from Desi auto with a very good quote, got an appointment for the week after. To my satisfaction they were able to squeeze me into before my appointment, did the job in one day and I got my car back the next day. I am very satisfied with the work, the short wait and the repair cost! I am sure dealer cost would’ve been 3-4 times higher and weeks of waiting! Definitely bringing my BMW/ Mercedes here, next time I need service on them. Thanks Desi Auto!

Josh did a wonderful job replacing my left and right elbows along with ball joints in my 2017 Lexus RX 350. Desi has great mechanics and they won't rip you off. I'm very pleased with Desi. I drove 1.5 hours away from my home to let Josh work on my vehicle. It was well worth the drive. I'm a happy customer! I can't thank you enough.

I have taken my Jaguar F-Pace to Desi's on two occasions and I will never take it anywhere else! The quality of their work is top notch and quick!! They perform diagnostics shortly after getting your vehicle and inform you of the issue and cost immediately. Not to mention, their costs are VERY reasonable and MUCH lower than the dealership. I highly recommend taking your high-end car or truck to Desi!
