I live one hour away and I still take my car to Desi Auto Care. You need a local mechanic shop that you can trust? This is the place. I'm in the military and they took care of me. But most important of all, they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They did a thorough check of my Mercedes Benz and told me exactly what it needed. Go to the dealership, I guarantee you they'll tell you you need this, that, and this one too. There's a reason why so many customers are satisfied with this shop. Ask for Shawn, Shawn, Shawn!

On Friday I was driving my Audi in the sweltering heat with no air-conditioned and I need it fixed. I called in the afternoon thinking it was doubtful they'd have time for me but they told me to come in. Got there - met Rachael who asked if I was the person that called. Yes,yes, I am. Please rescue me from the OVEN that is my car...and they did. Team Desi auto care-knows German cars and runs a great operation with excellent service. they will fix whatever you brought your car in for. Staff is friendly and respectful and the prices aer right. Mu Audi find the right doctor.

Repairs done: AC, Fuel pump, Window regulator and Grrrrrr... sound under engine. I drive a 2012 Mini cooper Countryman and was very excited to know that Desi Auto Care works on these. I've taken my mini in for major and minor things and I'm always very pleased with the service. The folks there are very professional and always make sure that I am taken care of. Everyone there is pretty much a badass. I recommend this place to anyone with a Mini or BMW.

That said, my experience with fixing my car has never been so pleasant and I am happy to have Desi Auto Care as my BMW repair shop. 1st thing I noticed about their customer service - they're female friendly - from the interaction on the phone, to their complimentary shuttle service to the train station, offer free foods-drinks, 2 years warranty, this doesn't feel like a typical mechanic shop. So far, they has replaced my front brakes and calipers, control arm bushings (which completely fixed the shaking), and worked seamlessly with my third party warranty company to get water pump replaced and fix a window regulator at minimal cost to me (I just pay the deductible). my car runs 10x better than it did when I 1st bought it and I feel like it is in good hands to last me another 100k miles. Recommended

Warranty on my '11 Toyota Corolla expired a year ago and all of a sudden a brake light came on. Well, just as if it were magic, I got a coupon from Desi Auto Care, which prompted me to schedule the brakes checked. Bottom line, I was blown away. Sean, Rachael, Drew all of them were amazing. They were honest and said the brakes were ok. They fixed the light issue, replaced a light bulb and added air to the tires...All for free! In short, I now have a post-warranty repair place I can trust.Thanks for everything!

Communication was incredibly responsive with quotes/questions through email. Work is absolutely top-notch and at a fraction of dealership costs, with the same (if not better) quality of work. I was quoted just over $1500 for a repair through Volkswagen Cherry Hill, but Desi auto Care did the same job (even with an added valve cleaning) for just over $600 after tax. they also made sure my 2011 GTI was running smoothly before I took it home. Also had my VW in two times previously, and the work was done professionally and on time. I won't hesitate to take my GTI here again for any repairs.

Been taking my Saab and wife's Rang Rover to desi auto care since their free warranty expired. These folks are simple but professional and doing smart job. For example, last Friday I had my Saab there after the "Service Engine Soon" light show up, after 15 min the technician read diagnostic code and said there is small vapor leak, I've done reset and chances are slim, it will not come back. If does just bring back and we'll do a more investigation. No charge. You're unlikely to get this response at dealers - more likely to get some diagnostic fee, wait hours, and god knows what else...

My fiance and I have used Desi Auto Care a number of times and have been extremely pleased with their customer service and fair pricing for work completed. They are also very honest about the repairs needed and don't try to up-sale. An example of this was my most recent visit. I smashed my side view mirror and was terrified that the entire component, with electric, would need to be replaced on our 2010 Audi A4. I drove the car over, without an appointment, and they took a look at it immediately. They gave me the best and worst case scenarios. I left the car with them and within the next two hours they let me know that they could salvage all the electrical and just replace the mirror! I was relieved that the repair would be a fraction of what I was anticipating. The team completed the work perfectly and by the time they promised.
