Brought my Infiniti G37x in and they diagnosed it correctly it turns out it was an electric malfunction that Infinity needs to correct that prevented the car from starting every now and then. I was worried it was the starter that needed to be replaced (But Desi see save me $850 from installing a new starter) by pointing out something even Infinity techs didn't catch this mechanics know their stuff I go back to them each time I have car troubles and then never let me down.

Price was good, repair work done well and in a timely manner. overall better than the dealership. Very professional and they have the right equipment to do the job. Recommended

Repaired the car the right way on the first try. Fixed the car in a timely manner, I highly recommend Desi auto . It was refreshing to go to a repair shop and feel comfortable afterwards , about the repair work. Also close to mass transits so a ride home was not an issue.

My Range Rover is out of warranty, so was a good excuse to find a service center other than the dealership. I'm so used to outrageous prices for anybody touching this vehicle (even when it was under the full warranty) it was refreshing to have comprehensive, pleasant service at a reasonable price. I caught up on a few things I have to put off due to what I thought was outrageous fees, full injection cleaning with cleaning which put the power back in my supercharged tank. Made the appointment and I was taken care of immediately. Once I brought it in. Full attention to my vehicle while I waited checking my email and conversing with Shawn, It's a local shop but you can easily see attention to detail and pride in ownership. Once I was finished Sean took it out for a test drive to check everything out he asked me if I had the time to wait first..... Very considerate it was a nice experience

With my family I was returning from a visit with our daughter in Philadelphia when catastrophe struck. My BMW decided to overheat - announced by a chorus of lights and buzzers. As we limped off the highway to consider our situation. I knew we were in Camden. I'm from a small town - so Camden to me is just a place you drive by and hope you never break down. But here we sat and AAA took us to Desi Auto Care. Andrew was gracious, empathetic and reassuring. His first thought - confirmed by a diagnosis - was that he could get us in and out that same day. A radiator/cooling leakage issue which had been coming on for some time (my regular service guy should have detected) As we waited, Andrew did a great job of therapeutically explaining what the problem was, how they would correct it, how it came to pass and how to prevent it in the future. 5+ stars!!

Once you have had service at DESI Auto Care you will leave your BMW dealer. Their honesty and work quality will make you and instant fan. Down 2 earth guys! I had a door that BMW wanted $745 to fix. Mike was able to adjust it in an hour at little charge. You should give them a shot not matter which German car you own.

Neither window works up or down no noise at all when switch is pressed. Dealer diagnose this: the driver door module is bad, problem of wiring harness between the driver's door and chassis, and the body control module has failed, asking for serious money. I'm glad I got 2nd opinion. Desi auto care resolve problem by replacing two fuses F46 and F41, cost me almost nothing. These mechanics are Bimmer lovers.

New to South Jersey and need a trustworthy BMW mechanic. After calling several places, I decided to give Desi Auto Care a try. Loved Shawn from the get go. Easy to talk to, very professional and patiently worked with me. Went in to get brakes done (which I was quoted at least $200-260 more at other German shop) but turns out I didn't need them replaced (faulty computer warning). He did find other legit problems (which I was fully aware of but had put on hold due to the move). Have no hesitation with dealing with Desi Auto Care. Grateful to find someone who'll take care of my 535xi and not gouge me. Thank you Shawn:)
