Sam and team took care of my BMW twice this month- 3 different issues. Leaking oil pump/sump and then brakes, rotors, sensors, pads..all around. They were prompt, professional and delivered on what they quoted. Taking my Audi in after ThanksGiving for an inspection, brakes and stuff all around. Positive experience with Desi.

Repaired the car the right way on the first try. Fixed the car in a timely manner, I highly recommend Desi auto . It was refreshing to go to a repair shop and feel comfortable afterwards , about the repair work. Also close to mass transits so a ride home was not an issue.

With my family I was returning from a visit with our daughter in Philadelphia when catastrophe struck. My BMW decided to overheat - announced by a chorus of lights and buzzers. As we limped off the highway to consider our situation. I knew we were in Camden. I'm from a small town - so Camden to me is just a place you drive by and hope you never break down. But here we sat and AAA took us to Desi Auto Care. Andrew was gracious, empathetic and reassuring. His first thought - confirmed by a diagnosis - was that he could get us in and out that same day. A radiator/cooling leakage issue which had been coming on for some time (my regular service guy should have detected) As we waited, Andrew did a great job of therapeutically explaining what the problem was, how they would correct it, how it came to pass and how to prevent it in the future. 5+ stars!!

Shut up and take my money! (It was a VERY fair price) Because my S500 is a major pain in an has massive breakdowns. Right before I moved to Cherry Hill, I had one of the leaking air suspension strut replaced. Of course, less than a month later the other side blows out. I know enough about cars. But when I called Sean at Desi Auto Care, he actually listened to me. My un-drivable Benz brought in on a flatbed. As promised, Sean called and told me that my front right strut was blown and the pump sounded rough and that may need replacing too. I was overjoyed when Sean reported to not only tell me that the strut was replaced and my Mercedes was ready for pickup...but that the pump was just FINE. He also was kind enough to tighten up the loose sway bar in the back. Desi is in my good book!

Took my Audi A4 two three other shops in surrounding areas for an engine rumbling noise and could not be diagnosed. Thanks to Sean, Drew and the rest of the Desi Auto Care team they were able to fit me in the last moment on a busy Saturday and correctly diagnosed and fix my car for a very reasonable price. I definitely found my Audi repair shop.

It was awesome experience! Brought in my 5 series with a sporadic issue that I was certain was going to cost me an arm and a leg. Shawn was honest and broke everything down for me. he suggested it was time to let the BMW go. The cost of the repair would have been too much and will not justify. Now I'm sitting pretty in a spiffy brand new 4 series with no complaints - so thanks Shawn for your honesty and candor. Hopefully don't have to meet you again anytime soon but if I do have any BMW issue ever_I will always come to DESI.

Brought my Infiniti G37x in and they diagnosed it correctly it turns out it was an electric malfunction that Infinity needs to correct that prevented the car from starting every now and then. I was worried it was the starter that needed to be replaced (But Desi see save me $850 from installing a new starter) by pointing out something even Infinity techs didn't catch this mechanics know their stuff I go back to them each time I have car troubles and then never let me down. Recommended
