I was out of warranty for MINI COOPER and all of the pre scheduled services now had to be covered by me . I've been bringing my Mini here for a just over a year now. I had a big problem with the MINI driving on the Atlantic City Expressway where the oil chain tensioner broke and all the oil leaked out of the car. I had it towed to Desi. Shawn was able to take a look at it in the morning. Apparently there are some typical problems with these cars and this issue had a possible class action lawsuit pending but nothing ever came of it. He put in a new upgraded tensioner for me and I am good to go. Pricewise they are very good and very fair. I won't say this is a cheap car to maintain since they seem to have issues after 65k miles but Shawn don't have crazy mark-ups like the dealers do. No loaner cars, but he will drop you off nearby and will pick you up as well. This helps keep the costs down.

I've had issues with stability and suspension for months. AUDI Dealer blamed me and tried but couldn't figure it out, than said it needed new wheels. I even paid $440 to have wheels straightened. So I decide to try Desi auto care, well the alignment was WAY off, they fixed it and now it's perfect again. I went in an said I need an oil change, a light bulb replacement, a tire is loosing a little air every day, so check that out, and see what you can do about this stability issue if anything. Almost 4.5 hours later that car is amazing again and the bill.....$186.00 for everything.

I almost reach to my work place and seen my LOW COOLANT sign came on. This means I'm out of coolant and the BMW dealership was 15 miles away. On my lunch break I decided to go to the nearest BMW mechanic shop (Desi Auto Care) to get the coolant fill-up, so my engine doesn't overheat. I explained my situation to mechanic; he grabbed a coolant container and walked in a parking lot, topped me off and gave me his business card. Now this is not my regular mechanic shop but I was treated like a regular customer! I'm a chick and I felt comfortable coming here.

A very fussy about my BMW X5 4.4 and have gone to them since I have found them. Last year they replaced my X5 transmission with 150,000 miles and knew where to get the best tranny, a year later it works perfect. This week they replace my timing chain with a 158,000 miles a required maintenance that is very detailed and time-consuming process. I picked up the X5 and the engine has never sounded so smooth! Sean the mechanic did a fantastic job. He never trying to oversell you and being honest if you should fix it or if you can wait.

To my surprise the only cost was for my requested oil change, as a cable to the battery had come loose, the cable was tightened and that was it was fixed! They could have told me I needed a new battery or it was the alternator, or some other big ticket issue. Desi Auto Care is honest and ethical business. Recommended

I'm going to Florida tomorrow to be with my Grandmother during her Chemotherapy. This morning I would wake up to see my BMW "check coolant" light coming on. Drive right over to my Mechanic at Desi Auto Care and my car was taken in to fix a cracked coolant reservoir. Sam wasn't in yet, but every single employee that works in the shop is knowledgeable and kind. One of the employee gave me a ride back home. Seriously, if you are reading this....Sam and his guys will give you nice customer service and will ensure your BMW is running amazingly.

Scheduled a battery replacement and on the way to his shop, My car went nuts, throwing a ton of warnings. Assumed it has something to do with the battery. Sean very quickly knew better - and found water in the trunk which had thrashed a few control boxer. (Car had been at BMW 12 days before they recommended the new battery but were not concerned about water in trunk) This team was great and sorted through the issue, even staying late on a Friday so I'd have a car on the weekend.

I brought my Bimmer here because my step brother advise me. I live in northern NJ so it was a bit of a drive but it was worth it. The problem that I had was with the passenger seat, it went off the rails. Mike diagnosed the problem quickly and made it clear that the problem was actually with the steel cable that the motor turns. Techs were very friendly and generous with their time and advice. There are 100's of mechanics between my home and Desi Auto Care but I'll only chose Desi.

For example, the local VW dealer quoted me $100 to change a headlight (yeah that sucks, but you have to remove the bumper to change the light bulb on a Bug - WTF Volkswagen?). These guys did it for about half the dealer's price. See, honest. They are walking distance from the Lindenwold Railway Station, but there is an Enterprise nearby if you need rental wheels.
