Shawn has been working on my Land Rover '03 Discovery (235,000 miles) for at least a year, once he diagnosed my car by listening to it over the phone. This Rover-man cannot say enough about Shawn! My head gasket blew and I could still crank it, drive few yards, heavy smoke and metal rubbing sound. I scared for worst. Towed to Desi. Next day he calls up and surprises me with the news that my engine may be salvageable. To my surprise he was able to remove the engine, clean it from top to bottom, replace all the seals and gaskets and reinstall it in 3 days. Price? Trust me, Way below dealership. You'll always see few Land Rovers parked in for repairs, that tells a lot.

The A/C in my 10 yrs old Lexus has been blowing hot air for a while. I figured an A/C recharge would do the trick. Did a Yelp search for local mechanics, requested a quote from Desi Auto Care. The front desk Rachael, got back to me with a very fair price within a 20 minutes. It was easy to schedule a convenient appointment time, drop-off was quick, and they finished within a 2 hours. When I got the car back, the A/C gets the Lexus feeling like an ice-box! Fenil Vankawala

I brought my lovely red X5 here bcos wouldn't start. After 3 days of frustration on their part, they found out my son had left his iPad adapter plugged in back seat outlet. (Plz accept my apology) This kept draining the battery when we tried to start the car. I can imagine if the problem was easier to find, but the plug was hidden in the back seat. Michael had manually deciphered the computer code to locate the problem. So, how much was I charged for 3 days of work? Zero.

I took my '09 Volkswagen Rabbit to the dealership, when service advisor gave me a video link of what was needed list...(Price tag of $4183) Sean and I reviewed the video. He told me what was critical and what can wait until next time. for example: dealer wanted $1600 for a new oil pump that was leaking oil. Sean rebuilt the seals on my VW for around $360. If you own VW. you must meet Sean- the VW expert! Recommended

Received a recall notice. Took my 2010 Volkswagen Jetta to the dealer. Of course! they also did FREE inspection to see if there was anything else wrong with my car. They sent me an email marked, " HIGH SEVERITY" with a video link of the service writer explaining what they had found. then called me with a quote of $3200+ to do the repairs. My co-worker told me about Desi Auto Care. god! I'm lucky! Sam and his team are the BEST! They did save me a ton of money. Sam helped me getting a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Somerdale and they had the repairs done the next day. They're a blessings to Volkswagen owners.

I brought my 2007 Mini Cooper-S convertible in for a premature Clutch failure and oil change. Mike was very thorough with repair. Explained all the micro details well. When the Mini was ready for pick up, he asks me to get in the car and we do a test drive together, so he can make sure I'm happy with the repair. Impressive! Recommended
