Some suspension issues that had been driving me nuts! As we were talking about the problems I'm experiencing, I found the master mechanic and head mechanic both very expert about Mini's and when all was said and done, I was very happy with their work. They walked me through some of their issues I had and explained some of the options. It was no pressure and I felt very comfortable (Because the Mini dealer told me the same things) with his diagnosis. There aren't any Mini shop that I really trust, but Desi will get my business in the future.

My volvo blew its radiator. I decided to give desi a try and was not disappointed. I was in waiting room as i had to do alot of work on my laptop and the wifi allowed me to do it and the car was finished before i was done my work! I was surprised at their quick service, and Sean and Leslie treated me friendly. I plan to continue taking my volvo there from now on because the service provided to me is why. I got my Mini-Cooper clutch and starter replaced here and on both occasions the service was outstanding as well as the communication with Sam and his crew. I thankful to my Yoga teacher for sending me here...!

My car wasn’t shifting right because of vacuum leak and transmission mount needed to be replaced, after estimate, I approved the repair. It’s been shifting smoothly and properly ever since. Anyone with mechanical background will know that Sean is a gem of German auto repairs.

Sam got on the phone with me, and answered all my BMW questions with great amount of patience. Sure I approved a major job!!

I was in here because my care had few problems that needed resolve. Chris diagnosed each one of the issues separately and explained them to me clearly. I did get a nice quote; it was 64 percent less of what dealer wanted for same job, saving my wallet. I will be back to knock out the remaining items including belt toner.

Chris asked me to imitate the rattling sound I was hearing from my car and immediately picked up on it and told me that it was a muffler issue. He was quick and honest with me and told me that it wouldn't affect my driving and gave me an approximate cost on how much it would cost to fix it. I've been to my own share of German mechanics and this was by far the most genuine experiences I ever had at a BMW specialist shop. Very satisfying service.

My car has experienced about every possible calamity. Desi Auto Care(Sean) has been there every step of the way, from exploding plugs,to a bad starter, new struts, bushings, side swipe, near ending.to plan old maintenance like fluid changes Sean has been there all the way and has assisted me greatly. Went to fix an Esp/Brake warning that popped up. Shawn found the true source of the warning- a faulty wheel speed sensor which he took care next day. Haven't had a brake problem since or had the warning pop-up again. I will be returning to Desi Auto Care. I did enjoy free coffee/refreshments. You get 2 yrs. warranty on everything they repair/replace.
