Here is laundry list: Coolant temperature sensor, signal mostly stuck at low. Fuel tank ventilation system and purge air system, oil leak, coolant temperature from engine, needs new brake bulb, faulty directional indicator and trunk door don't open. Andrew sure made us happy when everything was done; car now feels like a brand new. We still have a dealership quotes, but Andrew saved us almost 60%. We treat lunch for everyone at shop. When I was driving on Pennsylvania Turnpike on my '09 Mini Copper "vibrated" hard, then started running ghostly...and the engine light came on. According to Shaun there is a few possibilities like fuel, ignition, sensor...He kept car for a day to fix it and i was back on road with minimum expense. He is Mini Cooper Specialist. When my Audi A4 stalled out on a turn heater stopped then came back in. a start back up without problem but now stalled and sputtering and shows more RPMs in neutral. Shawn started with securing the battery by making sure both the hold down and battery is secure and tight. Next, he checks for loose and corroded battery terminal connections and tightened and cleaned. He found some cracks in engine vacuum hoses and leak in air intake, he finish the job and give me super cool prices. It's a 14 Yrs. old car and from now on I will come to this Audi specialist shop whenever service needed.

When I was trying to fix my head light on my 2000 Audi TT and as I unplugged the light i have the car running and it caused a short. I admit i screwed up. Now my digital dashboard reset odometer back to zero. Also my windows and trunk stopped working. Master technician Shaun explained to me - the central locking control module sends data to the instrument cluster which has the interior light functions, is the controller for the power window/lock/gas tank and does pretty much... everything including anti-theft functions. I had an exhaust leak around my driver's seat '04 Discovery. when I bought to Shawn and while he was removing the hose belts around the catalytic converter he sees it was missing, the other was broken, and the 3rd stud and the bolt wasn't even there. Suddenly turn signals stopped working on my favorite 9 years old Land (Range) Rover. Rachel give me an appointment for Friday. after diagnose Mike told me there was a two issues (1) faulty turn signal switch (2) electrical short. This time Desi Auto Care replaced two sensors, oil pump, valve cover gasket, tie roads and fix exhaust leak. Afterword I drove to 1200+ miles from Cherry Hill to Miami and not a single problem or glitch along the way. Sam and crew provided Top-Notch customer service and I sure recommend them for any Audi specialist services. Recommended
