I have posted a review before but I felt compelled to write one today because of the level of service that Sam provided. I had problem with electrical system and dark smoke in morning on my Q7 and brought it to Desi. He took a look at it and fixed it within 3 hrs. To top it off, he charge me very minor amount for the service. I am sure other German shops would have kept me waiting and charged me tool and nail. I'm a happy customer and will definitely come back.

These guys are straight shooters, fair, no BS and solid Audi technicians. He never trying to sell me service that I do not need. But he will stay ahead of your maintenance and suggest what may be coming up for you to consider. Always fair on price and take the time to explain your options. I almost hate to share Desi Auto Care and Shawn, because it might means longer wait to get my car back, I am sure soon he will just get a second location. BTW Both of my cars Audi Q7 and BMW M6 are super complicated German engineering masterpieces which mean lots of computers and over engineering I would get murdered at the dealership. I can only afford to own and drive AUDI and BMW because I know Shawn.

I always count on them for Volkswagen analysis, detailed work, fair prices, Sam never make up anything you don't need. He treats me very well. I am not a relative, but sometimes I feel like one.

Can't say enough good things about Sean. I trust him-period! (The most important thing) He does great Audi-work, quickly. I went to him with my old Q5 3.2 Quattro which he kept on the road for years, and now I'm to his shop with my 9 years old Benz!

S-Type I don't have a JAGUAR S-TYPE anymore (Just sold last week) but if you do, this is the shop to go if you live in the Philly-NJ area.Shaun is a Jag-pro and totally trustworthy. I had a Jaguar for about 3 years and he always took care of me and did it honestly, quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this garage.

They performed magic on my old Lexus GX470 after a few adjustments; it drives like I just pulled it out of the show room! I will never go any other shop...Desi Auto Care hands down is the best repair shop I have ever gone to, I only wish I knew about them long before. Recommended

When last month my car light came on for some coolant issues, Sam took me in right away and fixed the problem, also replaced my rear light all under $70! This week my BMW back tires area was squeaking. $95 was my bill and my ball joint things were fixed. If you are a woman needing great ethical mechanics, Desi Auto Care should be your go to.

We have used Desi Auto Care twice for our Bimmer. 1st time was back in April 2018 when it started hemorrhaging coolant. We were new to area and didn't want to take the car to dealer. The 2nd time was for a routine maintenance and diagnostics in Nov 2018. Sean is very knowledgeable of Bimmers. Before this he was the top technician at BMW dealership.

Desi Auto Care was very busy when I arrived and it took a little time to get the ball rolling but I thought that was OK. Leslie communicated well and was clearly working to fit everyone into the garage's schedule. Once it was test-driven and the car was elevated, Chris pointed out old parts that he thought needed replacement. I thought they were reasonable repairs, and he said he would start with the small/simple approach to address our acceleration problems before trying anything more involved (or expensive). A side note, charges were fair, so I was quite pleased!
