They show me the parts they replaced and point out why it needed replacing on my Porsche Cayenne. Sam knows that not every German car owner is rich and he is sensitive to that. Love this shop!!

Sam and his team gave it a full exam (BMW 5 series) and found a few things that would have been trouble later if not repaired. Everything was done right, on time, and budget. There were a few things that I thought needed to be done but Andrew said "NO, not yet." My car is running great. And we've started bringing my other car (Audi A4) in too. I forgot laptop charger at his desk, Sam personally drop off the charger to my home, he cares for you!

Two thumbs up! I have lived in multiple states and am always looking for someone to take care of my 8 years old (but still beloved) SAAB 9-7. These guys are real. Extremely personable (which can be hard to find in the auto repair industry) Shaun told me exactly what is needed for my engine oil leak (very dark-dirty leak!) and does whatever it takes to accommodate the customer. He earns the great reviews he receives.

I've used DESI 3 times to service my 2014 BMW 535i as well as my wife's 2011 Mercedes Benz GLK 350. Andrew was incredibly passionate about both of the cars. He always carefully explains what they're doing, even to the extent of even showing me how and why the parts broke. He even made himself available for questions after I've already paid and picked up the car. I've never had such a great experience with a mechanic, and will not take my German cars anywhere else. I made an appointment for Cayman, then I flaked and didn't re-schedule, anyway he held the Fuel pump and parts I needed. So when I rolled in a 2nd time with my brakes stripped (11a.m.), I was surprised at how accommodating and helpful Rachael was. I left my Porsche and Andrew made sure I get it back ASAP. He didn't make a big deal when I came back. Also help me finding direction for new home development being constructed. Basically, they were more generous and helpful than 90% of my family and I kinda want them to adopt me. Car is running 100% too.

After getting numerous astronomical quotes and crazy hours in labor, I was referred to Desi Auto Care in Stratford by my nephew-jimmy. We took our BMW here to have the clutch replaced and power steering issue. Pricing was more than fair and he was fast. Sam was easy to do business with. The BEST service experience ever! They're highly skilled in servicing BMWs and value your relationship with them.

Recommend to everyone! I went to dealership for a clanking sound I heard when I hit bumps. Two different service advisor said two different things from shocks bottoming out to strut mounts were bad, everything said was $1100 plus to fix. To avoid my confusion I brought my car to Desi Auto Care and they said they would try and fix the sway bars first and see if that was the problem. This ended up being the culprit of the noise and it cost me only $135+TX. Honest and fair Volvo specialist shop.

These good technicians help me about suddenly acquired problem off my BMW 5-Series losing its left and right turn signals as well as it's hazard lights. I phoned the receptionist who was able to give me timely appointment. I realize that not every bit of German Auto Repair can be done quickly, but my point in writing this critique is that the way this team interacted with me was so clear and direct, about the Signal Blinker Relay gets cracks in its solder connections. If I ever had trouble again with my BMW am high-tailing it directly to Desi Auto Care.
