You know how it feels. It's cold! my favorite VW Beetle Convertible passenger side window stops moving. Quickly I called Volkwagen dealer in Turnerville, they gave me Mega $ quite + telling me it will take a week to repair. I found Desi Auto Care on Volkswagen forum, his price quote I couldn't believe (64% less than dealer's quote), dropped off my VW at 10am on wed, and Sam had it ready by 6pm. The window works super smooth now. He really cares for his customer. Final verdict - Solid guys! Doing solid VW work!

After two frustrating visits to Jaguar-Cherry hill, I found Desi Auto Care and was so happy! They didn't try to push repair on me or give me the run around like it happened at the dealer. During dealer's visit service advisor (he makes nice % commission) told me I had to completely replace both front brake systems and ABS speed sensor and blamed it on aftermarket parts even though I never had anything replaced. I took it to Desi and Sean was able to simply replace the brake pads and my '06 Jaguar is running as good as brand new. His quality of work is definitely worth it. Plus, they often donate to local charities during fundraising. The only negative is that they're not open on Sunday (That's my only day off).

My sister has a not so good habit of keep putting change in the cigarette lighter in her bemmer and shorting out the fuse. Mike always replaces it with pleasure (NO CHARGE!) He will give very knowledgeable info about my BMW repairs and advise me, which repairs are more important than others. If you have a BMW, audi, mercedes, or land rover or any german car this is the place for you!

My 2009 Jaguar XJ battery died this morning and Desi auto care managed to give me a same day appoiment to replace it. They had the kind of battery in stock ( I seen Desi parts room with huge inventory) ready to go and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! All the staff is welcoming and helpful. They remembered me bu name from my last service in July and made exprience very pleasant.

I purchased my Jaguar XJ -X308 from South Jersey Craigslist. Recently I noticed a sound that was like driving on a grooved road. The sound would go up in pitch when I accelerate more. I brought it to Desi Auto Care and was greeted by friendly mechanic Shawn and explained what the issue was and he took my Jaguar for a ride with me and told me it was the left front bearing and ball joint needed to be replaced. the cost of repair was incredibly surprising as I thought it would be much more. I asked him to fix it. Other mechanic gave me a ride to and from Lindenwold Railway Station When I go to pick it up, Shawn had left it up on the lift and with a light showed me everything he did. Showed me all old parts too! All noise was gone. IF YOU OWN A JAG YOU MUST KNOW THIS SHOP. PERIOD!!!

My family planned a trip to drive across the east coast. upon our arrival to Mount Laurel NJ we had a 2 days break and I noticed my Mercedes Air suspension light was ON...terrible light to see. It was late Thursday night and we planned on leaving for Maryland on Saturday. In a picnic I called few German repair shop around and on one could help us. It looked like our entire travel would be altered due to our hotels were booked and planned for very specific nights. Finally find Desi auto care. Mechanic said"plz drop it off tonight and we will help you out". Best news I have ever heard. Not only was it done well. but it was done within 6 hours and price was lower than the rest. My family got to enjoy our vacation due to Sean's helpfulness, if it wasn't a 5 hour drive from Boston to Stratford, I would get my Mercedes-Benz repaired there every single time. Our family owes you one! God bless you all.

I was involved in minor accident with lots of internal damage of my car. Brought my car to Desi Auto Care (My whole family is their regular customer) Insurance company gave me very hard time to pay for repairs like bumper, mirror, side door panel, fender, front strut, control arm and many other things. One after another, finally 3rd adjuster showed up, Sam (shop manager) took us back to the garage bay and introduced us to the master technician who was repairing my car and he took the time to personally go over anything that he felt might be a concern. Best part is for so many weeks Desi Auto Care fight for me with my insurance company and make them pay for very much needed repairs. From start to finish, they keep me updated of progress. Thumbs DOWN to insurance company Thumbs UP to Desi Auto Team!

I have used this BMW specialty shop several times. Will not quote you outrageous prices, He is honest and tells you about recalls on your BMW X5 and saves you money. In January they replaced steering column for me. BMW of Devon PA tried to quote me up to $2100 (nice try!) for a vapor leak, Desi Auto Care told me the repair is done and it cost me $20 for a factory gas cap. They offer 2 years parts and labor warranty. Down to earth mechanics.
