I took my BMW car at BMW dealer. I couldn't afford to fix. I call tow truck bring car back to my house. Tow truck driver told me try desi auto. I took his word and I took my car to desi auto. Price desi auto give me it was half what dealer told me. And work desi did to my car come with 2 year warranty. I'm so happy driving my BMW again. Thanks to desi auto.

After a very expensive dealership estimate to do necessary work on my 2009 Mini Cooper, I searched for other alternatives and found Desi auto Care in Stratford. Reached out using Yelp messaging on a Saturday 8pm hoping for a reply sometime the following week. My questions were answered by Sam with additional questions about the specifics of my Mini and I was left feeling like they would take good care of whatever issues they might come across. All of this on the same Saturday that I contacted them. What a great experience! Not only is my Mini runs great, but Andrew was able to locate a new rear view mirror at 55% less than dealer's quote. I also appreciate the clear explanation ahead of time of what work will be done with easy to understand details. They have resources throughout the Tri-state car industry. 2 years repair warranty-Best ever!

My air conditioner is only blowing cool air from one vent. All of the others, on 2007 Saab 9-7X front and back seat are blowing heat. Andre said: you likely have a bad blend door or blend door actuator, which controls what temperature of air moves to which location. He tested it with a professional diagnostic computer and told me the actuator of blend doors failed, he fixed it on the same day. A+ positive experience. :D

We purchased '14 Range Rover Evoque in last August. My warranty already expired. When I start smelling gas inside. I feel sick. Called Desi, they found small emission leak. He fixed by 5pm. I ask to replace the break sensor too! Professional shop with the Land Rover Diagnostic systems (Same like a dealer but, you will pay very less!))

Spoke to Sean at desi auto care on a wednesday afternoon to see if he could check out a 2011 Volvo that was for sale (15 minutes away from shop). I told him I was in Chicago and would have the car shipped to me if the car checked out OK. I talked with him for few minutes, he was a quality mechanic running a top shop. He offered to check out the car on Saturday. He text me, and we talked again on Monday. Based on his very through and very positive report, I bought the car sight unseen (!!My family cannot believe this!!) I've had the car now for 2 months and can say his check out report was 100% accurate. Unfortunately I can't be his customer. I'm too far from the shop. If you're reading this and are looking for an experienced, skilled, honest, and personable mechanic with integrity, this is your shop.

Place: desi auto care Repair done: 2012 R55 JCW Timing Chain Tensioner It is known problem for N14 engine. Mike spent time explaining the problem and done the repair same day. He charged me almost 8 times cheaper than the dealer on route 73. Well done job and my Mini runs perfect. Great professionalism in Mini Cooper, he is also a helpful guy. He let me borrow his special flashlight to work inside basement of my house.

Honest service. I've had an excellent experience with my Cayenne GTS. I will continue to use Desi.

I was told ( and read on Google) that my problem was not fixable. There was a warning light for the soft top that was triggered by a micro-switch. On all the Saab boards (it is a 1998-900S) it was recommended to take out the computer and disable to get rid of the tone and warning light. Not only did they clean, lubricate and recalibrate the top, they fixed the problem and the sensor no longer goes off. For this they charged me for one hour of labor. He focuses on solving your problem, not selling you anything you don't need. I now drive all the way from Edison to have my Saab & BMW serviced there-because simply no-one else can do what Sean does.
