My wife’s car having electrical issues and keep dying every morning even though we replaced the battery three weeks before. Shop in East Berlin couldn’t identify the issue and hold the car for five days. Eventually we brought to Desi and later on during electrical testing, Shawn found the issue with the back of the radio. It wasn’t performing well and draining the battery overnight. Shawn call us to the garage bay and shows on diagnostic meter that the car is keeps draining power even though car is off. Feels so relax now! We appreciate his help.

We drive two LR3 Land Rovers and I know cars pretty well, so being lied by the dealership is especially irksome. My wife's LR had an oil leak and airflow issue. From her own description of its operability and my driving it, I could easily diagnose as a simple boost leak. The dealer had tried to convince me (as if I don't know better?) that in addition to that split tube I'd need to replace the rear main seal (a simple but time consuming and thus expensive and totally unnecessary repair) and even claimed on their sheet, that my wife stated she saw oil leaking (a blatant lie) I picked the car up unrepaired. I went to Desi Auto Care on my step brother's recommendation and in just a day they found the source of the oil leak, ordered the parts, did the work, and sent us on our merry way with a properly operating LR. Thus all our scheduled service from now on will be there only. Thanx!

Had an issue where BMW would not start. The shop in Bordentown that "supposedly" also "specialized" on Bimmers told me that it is my crank sensor, and even told me that my self installed HID and is giving false reading. So, of course I paid them to fix it even removed the HID I installed. After 4 days, it happened again and even stalled me on NJ TPK 95 near exit 32. Had it towed to Desi Auto care and Andrew already knew it was my fuel pump. I approved the job and currently I'm happily driving in NY without any issues.

I took my 2007 Volkswagon Passage 2.0T for squeaking noise coming from the timing belt area. I tend to ask a along of questions and they were all answered honestly and sincerely, without a hint of arrogance or mockery like some auto experts tend to do. Further, Sam fit me into a packed house anf busy schedule, kept in good contact about repair time and costs, and had me back back on the road and at work (I average about 500 miles a week to JFK airport as part of my job) in less than 24 hours Considering the scope and severity of the issue (a timing belt tensioner pulley costing me $750), I was treated more than fairly when I compared the repair cost to the dealer. New pulleys, tensioners, a timing belt, water pump, and a smoothly running silent car now. I have just found my volkswagon caretaker shop.
