My nephew recommended this shop to me and I'm glad that he did. Had a great experience when I went there last week to get my 2012 Mini Cooper serviced.

Returned home to find my brake lights "ON" on my Audi. With a long road trip just four days away I needed to find a reliable Audi technician near my home in West Deptford so I hopped online and called desi auto care around noon on a Wednesday. Remi let me know that they were booked pretty solid for a week but if I was flexible to bring my car by ASAP and they would try to squeeze me in. I got a call around 4pm letting me know my back brakes were nearly at their end to and it probably wouldn't be the safest to drive on long trip and back in that condition but I could wing it. I appreciated the call and the heads up, I'd rather be safe than stranded with no rear brakes. I picked up car next day, new brakes and a few other maintenance items checked off the list. Sam will treat you with respect; Sean will educate you, and not rip you off. I won't take my car any other shop in the future.

I have been using Desi's for '13 INFINITY JX35 maintenance since I became a owner in 2016. I definitely could have gotten screwed over by my lack of knowledge in regards to INFINITY ownership - for example, I asked if the tires needed to be rotated on the 2nd oil change. An unscrupulous shop owner could have taken my concern as a license to do the rotation and charge me for it; instead Chris educated me on the likely lifetime of my tires and told me when I should expect to have to rotate the tires. Also I ask him to replace my power steering pump (cost me 60% less than dealer) Having an honest mechanic is paramount and Desi's has earned my loyal business.

Andrew and Chris always get to the root of my Acura RSX issues and fixes it. I don't regret bringing my 2006 car here. They worked on steering issue and have it running in tip top shape. They treat me like family and I can't put a price on that. Has great communication with me and works really fast and provides me with information about my car that I may not be aware of. I have been more than pleased to make Desi Auto Care my go-to BMW repair shop. Shawn – the master BMW technician is personable, skilled, creative, and most of all HONEST. Last week I went in, he examined the “Check Engine” light on my 2015 M4 and turned it off, saying, “Is it very possible you had trouble putting it in gear?” “Yes, I agree.” “Come back if it comes on again.” It hasn’t yet. No charge. He also ordered me a sandwich (it was lunch time) – how cool is that! Also when I had an issues with the air conditioned on my very old Saab, a rare car. He couldn’t find the parts through supplier, so he hunted it down on the Internet and got it. He installed it for a small charge and changed my oil. Love this shop.

Remember Shawn is the bimmer-man. Came here for a steering wheel retfrofit with paddles on my car and everything came out perfect! I would recommend him unequivocally.

my review of BMW Shawn is the best technician. He clearly explains everything. Has expert knowledge of BMW’s, and gives honest assesments. He goes out of his way to make sure my 2015 M4 is safe and well- maintained, while always keeping in mind and costs. I drive from Delaware to take my car to Shawn/Desi. He’s worth it. (also two tears warranty on parts and labor-Wow!!) Also a decent waiting room with Wi-Fi and too many free refreshments. And there is two good Indian restaurants turants nearby that you can walk to while your car is being repaired.

Took my 2008 Mini Clubman on Monday and Anthony did an excellent job here. He thoroughly goes over your MINI and gives honest recommendations as opposed to a dealership. Anyone who’s has a Mini/BMW should visit this shop the next time service is due or any repair needed.

Sam uses emails to respond to questions, he sends photos of the parts that were installed and the parts removed. He went above and beyond by swapping out my battery free of charge, PepBoys would have charged $135 and would be a two-hour wait. They know German cars and they do it right unlike other shops that tend to rush the repair through half-assing it. They care about your experience. – AUDI A4 Allroad

First Time - always done right I bring my 2013 Porsche Cayenne to them for all maintenance and repairs. With a 6 year old car, I have had a lot of little things go wrong. The first repair I had with them, Drew actually took me into the garage and showed me the parts that he removed, what was wrong with them, how they fir together. Drew made me know that he wasn't pulling one over on me and cared that I understand the job that was done. He has been honest, fair priced and most of all, I have not had to go back for anything twice. Drew is great and I 100% recommend them.
