I brought my car for estimate to troubleshoot rolling idle problems + replace all the belts + pump + fan....It was diagnosed by Ryan that the idle control valve was out of range and needs to be replaced. I was quoted fair and he can install in about 30 minutes. Also I was quoted for the belts, timing, water pump, fan clutch and fan. After having a conversation with him, I realized that this is a time consuming repair but team Desi completed repair in about 5 hrs. I do recommend.

According to BMW specialist Ryan, engine coolant leak was developing from the expansion tank resulting in engine overheating. Overheating can cause severe engine damage. Because of cooling system component fails, he inspected the entire cooling system. I know it's not uncommon to find additional component have failed or are leaking. He was honest and told me there was no additional leak or failure. Cheap prices and car was back to me on time as promised.

Took BMW in for replacement of both front and rear axle, front left CV boot, and four new tires as recommended by Mount Laurel dealership back in June. My car was evaluated by Shawn at Desi Auto Care and services were not needed at the moment. He advised me how to determine when the replacement is needed and how many more miles before new tires are needed. TRUST SEAL approved by me!

My Jaguar XJ was acting up,a few times it would feel like the car was dying (No power). On my way to Desi Auto Care my car took a dump on me. I had it towed into the shop (So glad! I just renewed my AAA membership). As I arrived, I explained how my car dying on the freeway (Lose power), so he hooked it and found out my fuel pump went out. He ordered a fuel pump and I decided to come back next day. Overall I had a great experience here. Work came with 2 years parts and labor warranty, and I get a free refreshments. Win win for me! I would recommend this Jaguar specialist shop. Sam's prices are better than dealership for sure.

UDI S4 Quattro, I felt like it was misfiring. Lucky for me the owner is a cool dude, and they had a cancellation, so he took me right away. Will I be back? Yesss! It's my new Audi spot.

Quality Work! Recently bought my first Benz, a used low mileage for a great bargain. The downside - it is out of warranty and no maintenance history. Error code came up last week, with some power loss. Glad i found this Mercedes specialized shop. The good reviews in Trustpilot are legit. Andrew found my car's exact issue and fixed it same day. Car runs perfect now; power is restored, no more error messages. He also did a full inspection, fluid top off, and showed me the car's underbody to exact pinpoint what might be needed in the future. Place: Deptford Mall Parking Lot, my '06 BMW 325i wouldn't start. It acted like it had epilepsy. Electronics were going buts, every dash emergency symbol was flashing, check engine light was on and wipers were going back and forth and couldn't be stopped. I called up Shawn and gave him the summary, instantly became his mission to get my car back to running condition. It was an odd problem that took a while to diagnose. Turned out I had a faulty IBS sensor (negative battery terminal cable) and he fixed it for a fair price, during repair he identified some other issues (Since a month i was aware of this issues) and shared with me the process of fixing them. It's been about three weeks since I paid him and drove off from his shop. Car running great like it used to (I waited a three weeks before giving a review). After 5 days he shot me a text to check if everything was running properly. solid guy, I'm definitely giving him another call whenever needed.

I drive or AAA-tow (depending on the issue) all the way from Atlantic County and I will never go anywhere else. I have gotten a whole cooling system put in, battery changed, motor mounts, engine leaks, wheel sensors, fluid flush, oil changes oil pretty much everything and my 2008 e92 M3 is absolutely pristine thanks to Shaun! He is an absolute master of BMW! I have never been this satisfied with a mechanic or received this quality of of service from an auto shop. He really goes above and beyond and it hasn't gone unnoticed! (His parking is full with German cars) I will see you next time around! Recommended
