Short story: my BENZ had a fuel pump failure that caused lot of issues. Sean could have easily took on the full job and charged me about $4000 to fix the issues, but instead he went out of way to help me get informed about a BENZ recall that I had no idea about. With Sean’s help (he contact the dealership for me) my car was taken into consideration by a Mercedes dealership and I saved $4300. Honest and helpful.

We brought my boyfriend's car in explaining the stiff steering problem that was falsely diagnosed by shop in Philadelphia and Shawn went above and beyond to find the real issue of, fix it and address any other concerns he had. The price of parts-labor will not break the bank either. The communication was friendly, fast and I will recommend this place. The only day we got off from work is Sunday and unfortunately they're closed on Sundays, but no complaints.

They are very thorough with my Jaguar Xk diagnostics, just so there aren't any surprises later. Check website they have lots of great coupons/saving deals.

I had Timing chain and hood latch repair work done. I appreciate I was the 1st appointment of the Friday (8am) they opened before time (actually a 40 minutes early) and have a nice waiting area with free refreshments, coffee... Their prices are very reasonable for the extraordinary Audi-Craft they do. I definitely recommend Desi Auto Care if you own Audi!!!

Desi Auto Care saves the day after my BMW X5 died by doing fuel pump translate! I needed a car to get to job and Sam was so helpful in arranging a rental car form AAA. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for respectful and incredibly accommodating service. 5 Star service all around.

I asked him to perform a complete "physical" on my bimmer. Dealers would see $$$$ when someone says "I think I need a new compressor" and fix anything you find wrong. Shawn called me and told me that everything with the Air condition unit looks fine. He asked if someone touched the Air condition. I said YES- I did. I added Freon-gas. He told me that I put too much Freon. He addressed that problem and did not charge me. He took care of all my problems which were actually small ones. He took time, like a doctor, to explain everything he did to my car, and he saved the replaced parts to show them to me.

My car no longer had working A/C. It had been serviced by other mechanic but newly added Freon would be gone within days and I was out some $$$. I took my car to Desi Auto Care for an oil change and a check-up but just mentioned the A/C problem casually. (I almost gave up and didn't want to spend more $$$) Andrew worked a few hours, tearing out a lot of pieces to trace the sources of the leak. No one had ever been willing to do that before! 5 weeks later, my car runs well from excellent service, and I have had A/C continuously!!

The first time I took my car to Sam, his mechanic noticed the rubber parts that go into the frame to support car jacks were missing. He replaced them. TERRIFIC! Attention to detail. All my service including expansion tank leak was fixed like a BMW-Pro!

Professional experience -- can't say enough about this shop. Brought my Clubman in for all brakes and tires replacements and to get a 2nd opinion on some hammering noise issue of this 3 yrs old MINI. I needed car back by Thursday and was immediately put at ease by Shawn's demeanor, his expertise and professionalism. We mapped out a plan and I approve the job.
