Desi Auto Care is always my go-to shop for repairs that need to be done to my 2009 Audi A4. They make it very clear what repairs need to be done and the prices are always fair, especially with all the work my car needs to be done when an Audi dealership would charge me an arm and a leg for just one repair.

Sam at Desi Auto Care was very up-front and professional. This is my 1st German car and now it feels exceptionally comfortable that I have found a reliable (on time service) BMW expert mechanics in my neighborhood. Went in for an oil change and door lock issue it's completed in 50 minutes, and out the door with the total he disclosed over the phone.

This shop really impressed me. The office area was clean and stocked with snacks for free! Met with Shawn and he was very nice as well as professional. They diagnosed my issues. Needed water pump and tire sensor. Gave me an excellent price and said would be done by 5 pm that night. Shawn called me at 3:40 pm to tell me I was done. Overall a very impressive auto shop.

Bought in my 2012 BMW for check engine light on. They diagnosed the problem and were able to fix at a price that was $482 less than the BMW dealer. Professional staff and nice waiting area.

Drew done great heating work on my 2000 Jaguar XJ8. Few things feel as good as finally finding someone who knows Jaguars in and out. Been back twice more to have additional issues taken care of (Brakes, Struts, Engine leak etc) Very pleased!!!!

Shawn was extremely helpful in getting my MINI Cooper (Red-my favorite) in quickly after blowing it's motor. He had the old motor out and new one installed same day including brake bleed. Pricing was completely fair and his communication was friendly. He treat me coffee and refreshments- I appreciate his gesture!

As a father with a daughter living away from hometown, her car problems are cause for concern. When my daughter called with a misfire on her MINI Cooper Clubman, I searched for shops online through various forums and read consistently good things about Dedi Auto Care. Shawn was kind enough to install spark plug wires we purchased elsewhere and charge only for installation. After that did not resolve the misfire, he diagnosed in depth and repaired her MINI within a day. Shawn is a MINI Guru.
