Sadly my Porsche suffered a catastrophic PDK transmission failure and stranded me on Rt 676 in Camden. AAA brought to DESI, Ryan who calmly assess the situation re-configured his service schedule to accommodate my Porsche and gave me a ride home. He was there at every step of the way negotiating with the extended warranty company, explaining the situation as the diagnosis changed, expediting parts delivery and ultimately delivering my 911 earlier than planned. When we moved to Cherry Hill 29 months ago with 2 BMW 6 series & 3 series, Desi Auto Care was the shop recommended for any and all Bimmer works. They kept both BMWs running fine and help us get our first one up past 153,000 miles when we finally sold it (and we still see it in our neighborhood) their work is always top-rate. While it sometimes is a wait to get an appointment for regular service, they have always been quick to respond when something was wrong and needed quick attention. Sam has built a business that BMW owners can be proud of. Recommended

I've been going here for MINI COOPER S service and sent numerous (MINI owner) friends and they're happy. Shawn is the most honest mechanic you will ever deal with. He fixed my transmission issue.

When my engine fan of Volvo S40 T5 had an issue at 4 p.m. on a Saturday, Chris walked me through the steps to rig it to work through the weekend; then he made an appointment for me very quickly, even though they're booked solid every day. They keep slots open for emergencies and run a smooth business. If you have a German/European car, it's a no-brainer. These are the guys to see.

Shop was busy although they did replace alternator within a timely manner on my Mini Cooper. I have found my new auto repair shop. Sam does value my business. Shawn was respectful and polite.

A great shop to take your JAGUAR when you have a BIG or SMALL issues trouble and they tell you exactly what needs to be repaired. Repair bays are full with imported cars at any given time.

I've been going to this location since they opened. Everyone is so friendly and provide great service. Best place to take your vehicle.

Whenever my AUDI shows warning light, its like red light flashing to my bank account...Not with Desi, they $aved me money all the time. Desi rocks!
